A LITTLE INVESTIGATION BY MY ATTORNEY PETER DIAMOND . . .

I contacted Mr. Breiter's office at the recommendation of a friend after I was hit by a ride share driver while crossing an intersection as a pedestrian in January of 2020. Attorney Peter Diamond represented me in the case. Initially, based on information from ride share, it appeared they would bea...r no responsibility for the accident since the driver was not carrying a passenger and I would only be able to collect through the minimum coverage allowed by the driver's personal auto policy. After some investigation by Peter and his associates at the office, it was discovered my case had occurred prior to a change in state law that defined when ride share companies were responsible for the actions of their drivers. Due to this further investigation into the unique aspects of my case, I ended up collecting nearly 17 times the amount I would have collected from the driver's insurer. Peter is very easy to work with, kept me up-to-date by text and telephone as the case progressed and kept any legwork on my part to a minimum. Each step in the case was fully explained. Peter made me feel very comfortable doing a video deposition. Each person I dealt with at the office was very professional and explained in detail any paperwork I was signing and any other aspect of the lawsuit. I cannot recommend Peter and the law firm highly enough.

Excellent Law Firm

Back in April 2022, I was coming from work going home. Not far work, I got sideswiped by a car while riding my motorcycle. I got thrown off my motorcycle and landed underneath a parked SUV and my motorcycle almost landed on me. It all felt unreal. Ironically, the ambulance took me back to work ( I w...ork at a hospital ) and came in as a Trauma. My finger was bleeding and had pain on my right leg. I didn't lose consciousness and I was aware of everything that was happening around me. After calling my family and told them the situation, I took some time to search for a lawyer. Came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After sending a virtual consultation request, Brian calls me directly to hear out what happened and he explained to me what the next steps would be. He took on my case and I felt more at ease while I was at the hospital. I ended with a finger laceration, metacarpal fracture on my left pinky, right scapula fracture, non-displaced fracture on my right 3rd rib and hematoma on my right thigh. After being discharged from the hospital, Brian informs me that the person who hit me was uninsured. I got worried. I thought I that point Brian wouldn't continue with my case. I was mistaken. Brian and Marc continued with my case knowing the other person was uninsured. They also handled the insurance coming after me (parked SUV). I didn't have to deal with that headache. Since the other person didn't have insurance, Brian and Marc managed to get the maximum coverage from my own insurance. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. Shout-out to his teammates Natalie and Tatiana for answering my emails. Lastly, I am very grateful I recovered from my injuries. No physical limitations. Thank you all!!

Fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve

Like many people during the pandemic I took up cycling as a means to get out of the house and get some exercise in. Riding on the streets on Los Angeles is dangerous business, and even with all the precautions I took, a helmet and lights and being radically attentive, I got hit and I got hurt. ...The next day I realized I had been hurt bad. I had gone to the hospital the night before, which as you can imagine during early pandemic was terrifying. Brian was recommended to me by a friend so I reached out to him to see if he could help. My bike was damaged, I was damaged, and sadly, once again stuck on the couch which I so desperately was trying to get off of in heat of the pandemic. Brian was quick to answer, and immediately put me at ease. His conversational style of getting the details along with his general calm demeanor made it very easy to walk him through what happened and the specifics of how my injuries felt. His office was quick to get all the necessary details and even gathered all the paperwork from the hospital taking all the headache out of the process. The initial processs of getting the bike repaired and costs for the ambulance and hospital were handled quickly, albeit by an anemic insurance policy by the person who hit me. Brian was able to find other solutions for the injuries and the toll they took and still take on me today by looking into other way to ensure I was compensated for what would be a lasting issue. He told me to be patient, and it would all work out. I wasn't always patient, but he always put me at ease, again, with his calming manner. In the end I was awarded a settlement which immensely helped me deal with the ongoing physical issues I faced. Brian and his team are fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve.

Strength in Hard Times - Thank you!

This review is long overdue mostly because reliving what I went through is difficult for me, but I will say that the one gleaming highlight of my situation was being represented by Brian Breiter and Mark Rubashkin who handled my case. I don’t know how to express how grateful I am to them and ALL of t...he excellent people in their office. Every interaction was informative, encouraging, and they always took the time for my calls and to make sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. Even when everything slowed down due to covid, they kept me in the loop. I’d detailed my case to other lawyers but got turned away because they were afraid of my case. I knew when I met with Brian that it was different. Overall, I felt like I was truly being heard when I spoke. Brian’s team not only triumphed in the end, they actually helped me feel less alone the whole time while I dealt with a miserable situation. They had empathy for all the physical and emotional pain I was going through due to my neck injury and the depleted quality of life it caused. They gave me strength to keep fighting for myself. This case took several years but they didn’t give up and didn’t let me give up either. Not only that, they made sure I received the thorough medical treatment that I desperately needed when I was scared I couldn’t pay for it. Their office also helped me navigate all the medical paperwork and referrals which would have otherwise been overwhelming. I am now in a much better place both physically and mentally, and since my (incredible) settlement have been focusing on making up for lost time. I am eternally grateful that I found Brian’s office, and if you’re going through a personal injury caused by someone else, I highly recommend reaching out to them as well.

Compassion, relentless action, stellar results

I was in a horrible hit-from-behind accident where I was stopped at a red light and got smashed into. My rear fender was pushed all the way through the hatch back space into my back seat. My head went back and forth hard enough to throw my glasses as far back as they could go in the car! My neck imme...diately presented with pain, but in a state of semi-shock I declined a ride to the hospital. Since I already knew Brian and it came up in conversation between us I was able to be guided by him to take action to engage in a process that would lay the ground work for me to advocate for myself in the event of further difficulties arising. Sure enough, after going to the ER and consulting a doctor arranged by the Brian's office and my pain not subsiding, it became clear that my spine needed attention and I began a course of physical therapy. Sometimes these types of proceedings don't move so swiftly (at one point I would have thought that no result would come) but sure enough, this stellar team was keeping tabs and continuously moving the process forward and in the end I received a settlement far, far greater than I could have imagined. Not only is everyone that I dealt with in the office personable and compassionate, but they are relentless in their pursuit of getting a great result for their clients - no matter how long it takes. I was utterly impressed with everyone on the team that worked on my case and beyond satisfied with the result.
