Brian Is the Best!

Brian and his team are our own personal superheroes (with Brian leading as Iron Man since he looks just like Robert Downey, Jr.)! I recommend Brian to anyone that is ever involved in an accident. No matter how big or small, they will take care of you. My husband and I had only been in LA for 5 mo...nths and married for 6 months when I received that fateful call that my husband was involved in a near fatal motorcycle accident. We had no friends, family or decent jobs and all I could think of was how scared, lost and completely in over my head I was. After researching several different attorneys, I came across Brian Breiter. Brian was highly rated on yelp and very helpful when I spoke with him on the phone. He was knowledgable, caring, and never once pressured me into choosing him. Even some of the other lawyers would ask me who my top choices were and when I mentioned Brian's name they all agreed that Brian would be a great choice. Brian was more than generous and willing to help a young couple out. After the accident, I was running around dealing with insurance, doctors, appointments, surgeries and spending time with my husband all while still trying to keep up my schedule at the restaurant. When I finally asked Brian to be our attorney, he swooped in and helped alleviate some of the stress that had been building inside of me. Brian was able to put my mind to ease that he would do what needed to be done on the legal side and to not only focus on my husband's recovery but also focus on myself. Brian did more then just the legal side. He actually cared for my husband and I beyond clients. He helped us emotionally and told us how everything would go and not to worry about anything. Brian and his team are amazing, and in a terrible situation they allowed us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Brian!

The Best Lawyer in Town

The day of my accident I was driving my motorcycle when a car ran a light and crashed into me on the bike. I was thrown 30 feet onto the street and I injured my back, shoulders, and I had road rash on the left side of my body. The entire experience was very violent and traumatizing. After my acci...dent a friend of mine referred me to Brian Breiter. I was hesitant at first because I had never used a lawyer before and I didn't understand how the process worked. Once I met Brian and Mark (another lawyer at the firm) I was 100% confident in their ability to take care of me and they broke down the entire process clearly and concisely. Brian and his team told me how my accident would be rectified and they took care of all of the work. They were so kind and helpful through the entire process and they finished my case in a swift manner. Brian got me the maximum payment for my accident and it was much more than I ever imagined. I cannot thank Mark and Brian enough.

Best lawyer

Brian Breiter handled my car accident. I was hit by a drunk driver and suffered a pretty severe and chronic neck injury. He and his team were very responsive and made sure I got the maximum settlement possible. From my initial phone call to my settlement, he made himself available to me. I never fe...lt like I was a bother. I highly recommend!!!!

Professional, approachable- great experience!

I don't know what would have become of me after my motorcycle accident if Brian and his staff had not been in my life. Someone once related a hard L.A. truth to me when I moved here: it's not a matter of 'if' you get hit, it's just a matter of 'when'. Sadly, when car meets motorcycle, the results are...n't pretty and these incidents seem to just keep rising. I was fairly fortunate in mine but there is no doubt I would have been less healthy and out a lot of property had I not read the reviews on this site and then sought counsel with this amazing office. Brian and Mark reassured me that this accident was not something I caused or asked for. Their professional demeanor was one quality I admired, but it's the intangible qualities that radiate out of this office that are inspiring me to write this review today. Each time I called the first thing we talked about was how my physical therapy was coming along. They worked tirelessly to find therapists who were close to my home (something all Angelinos will appreciate) and further, that they were under the umbrella of my insurance. When my insurance lapsed during the course of my treatment, they again reassured me not to worry about it. They remembered little things, like my wife's name and my passions professionally. When it came down to negotiating with the hospitals, Brian and his staff got everything reduced. I understand fully that Law offices are under no obligation to do this and, as it doesn't effect what they receive they often don't go the extra mile. You won't feel that way here. Here you can actually have faith that against all stereotypes that someone actually does care. During my final meeting I expressed to both Brian and Mark how truly grateful I am -and I really meant it. If you ride a motorcycle in L.A.- enjoy! Remain vigilant and take advantage of the 300 + days of sunshine we have! But, God forbid, some irresponsible driver hits you- or causes damage to your body, do yourself a favor and call. Their legal knowledge is vast but they don't forget the person they represent. Plus, Brian loves The Simpsons- so you know he's a cool guy!

Amazing Personal Injury Lawyer

I was represented by Brian Breiter and team after being hit while walking at a crosswalk and suffering a traumatic brain injury. Within 6-7 months, Brian settled my case for an amount greater than I could have possibly hoped for. He did a phenomenal job. At the time of the accident, my family conv...inced me to get a lawyer just in case my medical bills mounted (which they did). I was apprehensive at first; I'm not a litigious person and have never been involved in any sort of lawsuit. But I knew that I was not at fault and that my injuries were serious and would likely be long-term. The process of choosing an attorney was incredibly stressful. I didn't have any friends or family in the area to recommend a personal injury lawyer so I had to rely on sites like Yelp. We all know that sites like these can be immensely valuable, but also that you need to read reviews with some skepticism. Brian had so many rave reviews that I briefly worried that some could be fake. But then I thought, if the guys has this many good reviews he would obviously get a ton of business from other Yelpers. If the quality of his representation was worse than expected, you would expect a bunch of bad 1 star reviews. Brian has virtually 0 negative reviews. He really is that good. Before deciding upon an attorney, I called 6-8 firms and spoke with them over the phone about my situation. For those of you in need of personal injury representation, I recommend that you do this as well. I was able to learn a lot about the process and got a variety of opinions about how I should proceed. Most of them, including Brian, thought that my case would likely take years to resolve (which makes it all the more impressive that Brian got the case resolved so quickly). The only negative to calling so many lawyers is that they all became very interested in taking my case. Personally injury law can be a very lucrative and competitive market and I knew I had a good case, so this wasn't too surprising. In the end, I decided to meet with three lawyers in person. The final choice was between Brian and a larger, downtown firm that is also well-regarded on Yelp. Both seemed quite capable, but I decided to go with Brian because I was more confident that I would be working with him personally throughout the case. Brian assured me that if the case went to trial or arbitration, it would be him representing me. In the larger firm, I suspected that I might have had to deal more with other members of the firm. It also didn't hurt that Brian's fees were also much more reasonable. Throughout the case, Brian was extremely easy to get in touch with. I could email him, call his office, or even call his personal cell phone. Brian or Mark (another lawyer at the firm) kept me up to date with everything and let me know if I needed to do anything. They made sure that I was receiving the proper medical care and offered to front several of my medical payments that health insurance would not cover. At the end of the case, we needed to repay my health insurance for what it had paid towards my treatment. Brian, who fittingly teaches a class in negotiation, was able to greatly reduce what we needed to pay. When my settlement check was ready, Brian offered to leave his family's Passover celebration on a Saturday to meet with me and get me the check so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. I really wish this accident never happened, but I can't imagine how much worse off I'd be if I didn't have a great lawyer like Brian at my side.
