Best Law Office In LA

I just want to say a special thank you to the team at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Almost 4 years ago to this day I was in a slip and fall accident at a facility. I suffered a severe wrist fracture that required multiple surgeries and has altered my day to day life. I called Brian and his team a...nd they were immediately helpful and compassionate. I also would like to thank the person running point, Jeff Twomey. He was my go to guy for exchanging emails, setting up appointments, and addressing any concerns or questions I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brian and his talented team of professionals.

A review for Brian Breiter

Words can not describe how thankful I am for Brian Breiter and his team. In 2018, my mother got in an accident due to negligence from a business/property that resulted in a broken hip and required surgery to replace it. I did not know what to do. I knew I needed a personal injury attorney but d...idn't know where to start. Therefore, I went online to search, and then I found Brian Breiter.. with 400+ reviews and 5/5 ratings. I took a leap of faith and gave Brian Breiter a call on what is the next step I should take. The next day, we went to his office and discuss our situation with Brian and his team. When we sat in his conference room, we saw many of the "Top Lawyer of The Year", and "Best Lawyer in California" awards, etc on his wall. That is when we knew Brian is not just a regular lawyer but he is the best of the best. Keep in mind, I was just a college student with no legal experience and my mom doesn't speak English really well. Brian and his team took their time and guide us through the procedures that going to happen moving forward. After the meeting, I did some more research on Brian Breiter and found out that Brian used to teach law as a professor at Pepperdine. Therefore, Brian will not hesitate to stand up in front of a large audience and go toe to toe with a defense lawyer due to his confidence. We decided to let Brian fight for my mom and her case. The defendant's insurance company offered my mom a very disrespectful amount of compensation money for her broken hip (replacement hip surgery). My mom used to be able to walk from 405 to Santa Monica Pier and now she CAN'T even walk 1-2 blocks without pain in her hip. She LOVES to walk around shopping at department stores, that is what makes her happy, and they took her happiness away. It is even worst on winter days because of the metal inside her body and she is in severe pain. During all those long depositions and medical check-ups, Brian and his team were with us along the way and update us on every progress of the case. After a long few years of a legal battle in court due to Covid and restrictions, we are happy to announce that they settled with Brian at MAXIMUM insurance. I just want to tell you personally, if you are looking for a personal injury lawyer and don't have any experience or who to trust. YOU HAVE FOUND IT. Brian is compassionate, empathetic, smart, talented, and many more. He is the real-life Iron Man. I wrote this from a bottom of my heart and maybe if you see this review you will take a leap of faith like I did with Brian and he will help you win the case and get what you deserve from whatever pain and suffering you or your family have endured. Lastly, I just want to say thank you to Brian Breiter, Mark Rubashkin, Timothy McCormick, Miss Irene, and the team. We are forever grateful. Respectfully, Tanick & Family

Brian Breiter and his team of professionals provided our family with a sense of security and calm after our tragic event. In our greatest moment of despair Brian showed us true care and compassion while assuring us that he and his team would handle the complexities ahead so we could focus on my wif...e's daily needs and her recovery. We were kept well informed throughout the process as the Covid 19 pandemic delayed many aspects. Brian Breiter is far beyond the BEST

Several years ago, my mother had a serious personal injured. My mom was sent to ER room and several broken bones were diagnosed. We were very stand in the dark and literally don't know what to do next. The hospital bills were literally 6 digits for the treatment. All we know is it was clearly reckl...ess and lack of property caution. I immediately looked up the best attorney of Los Angles and even California & sure enough we found Brian Breiter. He had countless attorney award in the industry. My mother and I immediately made the appointment to see Brian and his team. We sit in the circle and multiple attorneys in the room. Brian and his team took a note literally even piece of small details to ensure they understood clearly. Brian even allocated one interpreter to our case to ensure my mother can explain everything more clearly since she is not able to speak in English very well. Not only that, Brian assigned Mark & Tim who is Brian attorney team in the office to also help on our case. All attorneys are great, Brian, Mark & Tim. Sometimes, we felt like they are our family since they took care of us very well. Suddenly, the pandemic came to our world. Everything was close physically on ground. It took years to negotiate the case. They still manage to communication both on the phone and emails. Brian and his attorneys all gather and assured our family that our evidences is ready to meet the liability parties in court to win the case. The moment of truth finally arrived and they admit the guilt. Brian is probably the Iron Man in real life. He managed to help rightful to innocent people again We literally want to thank you Brian & his team for all the services and the help to our family. Extremely helpful amidst the chaos

Brian was extremely straightforward and progressional. Got me my max settlement and made sure I was looked after and taken care of after an uninsured hit and run. Laid out everything for me right away and took away any uncertainty I had over what to do next.
