Diligent and Patient

My mom was involved in a serious 5 vehicle accident a few years back (I think it was 2003) and Brian Breiter took care of EVERYTHING for us. We were able to put all our trust in him to get us the best and fair settlement that my mom deserved. Because of that, my mom was able to focus on recovery an...d getting her life back to normal as much as possible. My mom was airlifted and transferred to USC hospital where she stayed for almost a month! You can imagine the hefty bill we received in the mail. Brian was insistant and determined to convince the billers to reduce the bill to a more affordable amount for my family. We finally received a favorable response and now we can close this case and move on with our lives.

Protective and trustworthy

Brian was fantastic. Walked me through every step of the process and made me feel safe. He also made sure I got the compensation I deserved. Brian will fight and not give in to the insurance companies.

I had an accident that involved two other insurance companies in addition to mine my own. Insurance companies are not on your side or here to help. The paper work and rules will burry you and if you do not have the time to do it you will get taken advantage of. I needed an attorney and Brian came i...n and was willing and more than capable to how to handle these companies. Brian fought to the end and never gave up. I trusted his knowledge and expertise and it was worth it. I highly recommend Brian if you need someone to fight for you. I

No Stress with this Attorney

I am so happy to have done business with such an energetic, bright professional. Not a lazy bone in his body. Communications were fast and his advice was "spot on". He got all of the depositions on video tape and conducted many hours of work on my behalf. The whole thing was so stress free for me. He... was worth every penny (and then some). I cannot say enough good things about him.
