Great Firm!!

I was a pedestrian hit by a car and got busted up pretty bad. I found Brian Breiter online, told him about my accident and he came the next day to see how I was doing and recommended doctors to make sure i would be ok. During the whole process Brian and his team were extremely helpful, professional a...nd caring. They were always available to answer questions, make sure i understood everything, helped me keep my bills in order and fought for me the whole way through. Thank you again for all your help through these past couple of years Brian, Jeff and Mark. i really appreciate it and I absolutely recommend this firm to anyone involved in an accident.

THE BEST

The Team over at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter are the most professional well organized effective team in Los Angeles. I was in a very bad car accident April of 2015 and thanks to them I was well taken care of, sent immediately to the best doctors in Los Angeles and always checked up on to see how... my recovery was going. The doctors played a huge part in my recovery but the Team over at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter played an even bigger part in the success of my recovery. Every phone call asking me how I was doing was followed up by “don’t worry, we are going to get your the best doctor possible for this.” I am truly in thanks to Brian, Mark and the whole team over there. Awesome team!

My wife and I were viciously attacked by a pitbull on New Years Eve 2015. I was bitten in the face and 1 of our 3 small dogs was killed. We went to Brian a few days after the attack because of all the reviews and we were not disappointed. He worked hard and because our case was not a *slam dunk* we d...id not expect to get anything due to the nature of there being a renter and owner involved in the attack. He and Mark worked really hard at it and they declined a series of low ball offers that their side kept offering. Between Brian, Mark and the mediator they finally paid 2 weeks before trial! Awesome job! Thanks for all the hard work and we are truly grateful for all that your team did!

Great Service and Professionalism!

I recently had a bad motorcycle accident with serious injuries and needed a lawyer to represent my case. After many comparisons and research, I decided to opt for Brian Breiter's Office and have to say it was a very good experience. Due to the accident, I had to take care of other things in my li...fe and Brian made it much easier by handling basically every aspect of my case on his own without needing me for much, which left me free to take care of other adjustments I needed to make after the accident. From the beginning, he was very transparent and communicative regarding the case and how the process was going to be handled, communication with his office was almost instantaneous with every question I had answered promptly as well. I've heard that in many cases these type of process take some time to be resolved, but Brian was able to settle my case in a few months, as well as dropping some of the costs from the hospital I was treated. There were no running around trying to figure things out, I basically gave him all the information he needed and he got to work, after a few months, he messaged me personally that the case was resolved and made time to make sure that he delivered the final paperwork to me personally, which is a professional gesture I appreciated.

Excellent Experience with Brian Breiter

I had a car accident that left me with a concussion, among other injuries. While I was struggling to recover, I simply did not have the capacity to deal with the insurance companies. Once I decided to use the services of Brian Breiter, I immediately felt at ease. He gave me all the information on how... we would proceed with my case, put me in contact with doctors that I needed for my recovery and handled everything with the insurance companies. I ended up getting all my bills covered and feeling like I was really taken care of during a time when I really needed it. I would definitely recommend his services.
