Scrambler got scrambled

Brian and his team represented me in a motorcycle accident this past year and they provided outstanding service and awesome results. The Best of the Best

After being hit by a car while riding my bicycle about two years ago, Brian and I have recently finished settling my case. I could not have done it without Brian and Mark. I certainly would not have been as successful without their help. From day one, I knew that Brian would be the best choice. He... genuinely cared about my well-being, and it showed right from the beginning. He came to my house to meet me and my family within a day or two of calling him. He immediately made sure that I was seeing the best doctors. With his experience and connections, Brian provided me with many suggestions. He did not pressure me in any way, so I knew he was sincere. Brian always started our conversations by asking how I was doing and what he could do for me. He took all of my calls and wanted to answer all of my questions to ensure that I understood and was comfortable with the process. Throughout the whole ordeal, I felt that he was always looking out for me. It was important for me to focus on my recovery. I let Brian worry about the legal aspects. In my case, the driver was 100 percent at fault but was underinsured. Brian could have taken the quick and easy insurance maximum offer early on, but he said if it were him, he would go all the way to try to get the driver to also pay out of pocket. That was all I needed to hear to go forward even with the risk of getting way less if it went to a trial (trials are expensive, and you, the victim, pay) and if the guy refused to pay promptly. Taking this route meant preparing for depositions, doing research, giving/taking depositions and negotiations through a mediator. Brian walked me through the whole process step-by-step, and I felt prepared. Don’t misunderstand me though, it is not something I would ever want to do again. Brian was able to get the defendant to pay a large sum of money out of his pocket to make-up for some of the shortfall in his insurance coverage. I was amazed. I believe that Brian presented my case so well that the defendant saw that he had no choice. Brian's negotiations squeezed the maximum amount from the defendant. An overwhelming verdict at a trial most likely would have driven the defendant to bankruptcy leaving me with nothing. Brian found the sweet spot!. Brian was able to reduce the amount that I had to pay back to my health insurance company to less than half. Read your plan documents because they are entitled to get reimbursed from your settlement! And just when I thought it was all over, the defendant’s insurance company tried to short change me on the most inexpensive part of the process – paying for my damaged bicycle and clothes! Once again, Brian was there for me and made sure I got what I deserved. I believe Brian gave me my best chance. I had thoughts of trying to do it on my own at first but after having gone through it, I do not think you will get as much and the stress would be immense during a time when you need to focus on healing. The costs associated with it (lawyer fee, depositions, etc) I believe are factored in to the process. I am sure there are other lawyers just as legally competent as Brain, but he adds the human element of showing that he cares which sets him apart from the rest. Your recovery is his first priority. You will not be passed from lawyer to lawyer and he makes you feel like you are his only client.

AMAZING!!!

When it comes to personal injury lawyers, you can’t do any better than Brian Breiter. After a long drive, my parents had almost arrived to our home from Arizona when I received the dreaded phone call that they had been in an accident. It was a multiple car pile up and my mom was being transported t...o the hospital in ambulance. She had sustained some head and neck injuries requiring a short stay there and the car was totaled. This was Thanksgiving… three years ago. Upon returning home she had to seek medical specialists for a proper recovery. To help my mom offset these costs, I sought out the help of an attorney. At the beginning of my search, I was a little leery as so many personal injury attorneys seem so smarmy. After reading MANY reviews, and doing my due diligence. I contacted Brian’s office. Within a couple of hours Brian returned my call, and we discussed my mom’s options and the possibility of her having a case. During this conversation, I knew he would be the right man for the job. The very next day we had a conference call with my mom, and he immediately started to build her case. I never imagined it could take so much time. Throughout this trying time, Brian was a consummate professional. He patiently walked us through every step of the process. He made sure my mom’s medical bills were being handled properly and would not be sent to collections while we awaited a verdict. Whenever I had a question or concern, Brian would promptly respond via phone or email quelling any anxieties that I might have had. The case has now finally closed, and we could not be happier with the result. My mom received a settlement for more than three times the amount we anticipated. Thank you Brian for your hard work, determination and perseverance over these last three years. We truly appreciate all you have done. Hands down, without hesitation, I would recommend Brian Breiter.
