Absolutely the Best

You may be skeptical about all of Brian Breiter's rave reviews. I too was skeptical, but learned firsthand that Brian and his staff really are THAT awesome. While shopping in a well known retail store, my 89 year old mother slipped and fell in a puddle of water and fractured her hip. The fractur...e was so severe that it required her to undergo surgery to have a permanent metal rod inserted into the bone shaft to keep her hip and femur attached. Unfortunately, that was not the worst of it. She then had to spend 5 months in a skilled nursing facility undergoing painful rehab in order to learn how to walk again. To this day, she has not completely regained the mobility she had before the accident, and she continues to experience pain on a daily basis. On top of all that, immediately after the accident, my mother started getting daily phone calls from the store's insurance claims processor demanding that she make a statement regarding the accident. It was then that we realized we needed an attorney to protect my mother against this giant retailer's bullying and harassment. I talked with several attorneys regarding my mother's accident, and Brian was the only one to ask, first and foremost, how my mother was doing and if she was getting the medical treatment she needed. The same day we talked on the phone, Brian drove to the store where she fell and took photos of the accident site. At this point I had a good feeling about Brian, but to be absolutely certain, I went to watch him in trial at a courthouse near where I work. Watching Brian in action was what sealed the deal for me. His compassion for his client and his ability to engage and connect with the jury made me confident that my mother would be in good hands if we hired him. Don't be fooled by what other attorneys may tell you. It will likely be a very long process and may entail going to trial if you want maximum compensation for your injury. In my mother's case, it was a 2-year long ordeal. The defendant's attorneys kept dragging their feet and didn't really take things seriously until a month before our trial date. Then they tried to portray my mother as someone who caused her own injury, and they made light of the pain and suffering she endured (and continues to endure) in order to force her to accept a lowball settlement. Brian would have none of that, and we actually walked out on 2 mediation sessions because of it. In the end, with Brian's help and negotiation skills, we were able to avoid trial and settle the case for the largest amount reported for this type of injury. I highly recommend Brian for your personal injury representation. Let Brian and his staff handle everything so all you need to do is concentrate on your recovery. Most of all, be patient. Thank you, Brian, Mark, Jeff, and staff for being there when we needed you and for treating my mother with the care and respect she deserves. It was a long journey, and we couldn't have made it without your help!

Best of the Best

About two years ago, I was seriously hurt in an accident. I wasn't at fault and was left with serious injuries, including a fractured spine. Brian was the first lawyer I called. As an attorney myself, I knew Brian's reputation as the best in the business, and in the course of dealing with the case, I... saw first-hand how deserved that reputation is. Brian is caring, dedicated to fighting for his clients, and gets results. With many lawyers, it's hard to reach them, whether because they are too busy or because they don't care. Not Brian. He is also super responsive, and is consistently easy to reach by phone, email, or text. Brian's associate Mark is also an excellent lawyer--as well as an extremely nice guy--and between the two of them I always felt taken care of. If you have a personal injury claim, or think you might, call Brian. He will have your back and get you the best result. I can't recommend his services highly enough.

Trustworthy and Compassionate

I was in a motorcycle accident (as a passenger) in March of 2016. After the accident, I was so lost on what to do and how to proceed legally as I had never been in that situation before. I found Brian through Avvo and after my initial consultation, I knew he was the lawyer for me. He is extremely kno...wledgeable but more importantly, he truly cares. He eased all my anxieties and answered all my questions. He was there every step of the way in what was one of the most difficult times of my entire life. Excellent and honest Attorney

My story is a sad one with a happy ending. I was crossing the street leaving work in the crosswalk when a car stopped to let me cross. Unfortunately the car behind him did not stop crashed into that car and struck me. I was almost killed. I had multiple fractures and was taken to Cedar Sinai. thank g...oodness I had great doctors. However I did not know what to do after, that's when I found Brian Breiter and his law firm. I search the Internet and found many different offices but I chose Brian based on the reviews he had. The reviews of his office were different than other law firm's because the clients really told their stories. That's why I chose Mr. Breiter's office. After the accident I was so badly hurt I could not travel but when I called Mr. Breiter, he came to my house. He went directly to the police station and was able to get a hold of the report. After I was healed, Brian was able to settle for the full amount with the insurance company and was able to get a huge reduction on my medical and hospital liens, that really helped! Mr. Breiter was always there to answer my phone calls or my texts, and I was thankful for his advice. I hope you were never in a situation like mine, but if you are make sure you call the law offices of Brian Breiter, they will help you.

Dream Team

Two and a half years ago, many aspects of my life changed in an instant. I was struck in the head by an unsecured pilates reformer board while simply shopping at a clothing sample sale at a pilates studio. I didn't "pass out" as many expect one would from being struck on the head. At the time, I actu...ally thought I was fine and proceeded to drive home and continue on with my day, only thinking that I had some neck pain. As the week went on, things got a bit worse. I was diagnosed with a concussion the next morning and proceeded to go downhill as the week continued. My husband watched me as I was unable to care for my three kids and didn't know what to do. Concussions were unchartered territory for us so he called an old friend Brian Breiter for guidance. Brian wouldn't give my husband, Adam, any legal advice at all, even though that's his area of expertise. He said there wouldn't be any discussion of legal terms until we figure out my medical situation as health comes first. He advised Adam to get me to the ER where then I was advised to go to a neurologist. **This was the first of many times Brian and his group put my health and my medical care far above anything else.*** It was December and we all know how difficult it can be to get a doctor appointment at any time, let alone the holidays. Brian and Mark helped me get a neurologist appointment right away when any other doctor we called couldn't see me for months. Over the last two years, from the first neurologist to other neurologists to psychologists and more, Brian has helped me get appointments with doctors that helped me get answers when it seemed as if there were no answers. He encouraged me to keep trying to get better when I just wanted to crawl into bed and give up. He helped me see that things will continue to get better when I felt myself falling back down. When he didn't have the answer I was looking for, he reminded me that it was probably time for me to go back to the doctor (I'm not usually a person who goes to the doctor often!). More often than not, he would make me laugh when I wanted to cry. Most importantly, Brian was always there with a gentle reminder that this can be a long process and not to give up. That's just a part of what Brian did, he really did focus on my health first- because that's the kind of person he is. But the reality is, you are probably reading this review because you are interested in him as an attorney and this is where he shines above all. We attempted several times to settle with the defense to no avail. Brian tried very hard to work with the other side to come to reasonable terms but throughout the entire process, that never happened. After three failed mediations, and listening to Brian's advice, we ended up going to trial. I was nervous heading into court but it turns out there is no one else I would rather have by my side during this entire experience. In the courtroom, I sat with Brian Breiter, Jeff Twomey, and Steve Hoffman. Mr. Twomey is a very impressive young attorney with a great career ahead of him. Mr. Hoffman blew me away with his medical knowledge and his ability to depose and cross examine the medical experts in the case. He could "out-doctor" any doctor on the stand! Mr. Breiter kept the entire courtroom engaged, entertained, and informed during the entire six day trial. His opening statement and closing argument solidified why he's considered one of the best. The jury, with only a short two hour deliberation, unanimously sided with us and awarded us more than ten times the amount that the defense ever offered in any mediation. IF I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE AGAIN, I'D WISH FOR THE SAME DREAM TEAM OF BRIAN BREITER AND HIS OFFICE
