Highly recommend

I can not express the gratitude I have towards Brian and his team! I am so grateful I came across his firm when I was in need from the services of a good attorney. I was in a head on collision on a Saturday & having been in a car accident in the past I knew having knowledgeable legal counsel was impo...rtant. I messaged Brian and even during the weekend he discussed my case with me giving me advice on what to do next. He scheduled an in person meeting with me & my husband the next week and took care of everything from there so I could concentrate on my recovery. Overall the experience was so much better than the last experience I had with my previous attorney. I couldn't be more happy with the way he handled my case. He eased the concerns and worries I was having by constantly communicating with me on where the case was. I was very surprised that they gave me so much personal attention throughout my case. Trust Brian to know the law book better than most lawyers

Brian is a fantastic lawyer. My case was the most open and shut case in car accident history. I was hit by an under age drunk driver who was on his way to his drug dealer's house. That being said the case still took 3 1/2 years to close. Brian and Mark did a great job of managing expectations in te...rms of the timeline for the case, and anytime I needed a question answered, it was answered quickly. When we sat in mediation with the other plaintiffs' lawyers, I got the feeling like Brian was the smartest lawyer in the room. Give Brian a call!

My experience with attorney Brian Breiter and his law firm.

We selected attorney Brian Breiter to handle our case after a serious accident. -I had a broken neck and two mid back spine fractures. My friend’s vision was affected because eyes vitreous detachment, and Brian appeared to have the analytical skills, communication and judgement to handle our incid...ent of premise liability. Recently the case was settled and I received a substantial compensation. My friend received a smaller settlement, but was not charged the contracted 40% legal fees. I thought that it was going to be difficult to type a review because some leftover hands limitations-and the emotions attached, however, the biggest difficulty is finding the best words to describe the exceptional service we received from this firm. Where do I begin? Once out of the hospital the idea of getting involved in any litigations was terrifying. I was reluctant to start any legal case. I did not have the energy, and I was afraid, worry and very symptomatic after my neck emergency surgery and dealing with all medical providers Finally, I realized that I needed to fight for my life and time was of 'the essence', and that it was better to be compensated than confronting the cost of life, and the possibility of more medical interventions or special care later. At first even though we felt Brian Breiter had the personality and knowledge to handle our case, I was concerned, since in this culture of lawyer and client relationship many attorneys do not return phone calls leaving the clients in limbo. This was not the case here, they were always, always, available. They answered all our calls, and responded to all our questions no matter how busy they were. Brian is a trial lawyer he can be firm but he also has a compassionate nature, - he is also an actor, and this is an asset that enhances his logical mind. In time, we got to know also lawyer Mark Rubaskin, and what a great attorney he is. In many instances, he counseled me to stay strong, when I was in pain and doubt and I wanted to quit everything and so overwhelmed that I wanted to settle early but he convinced me to the contrary. They work very well together and are on top of things. What a great team: Harmony, Expertise and Experience. Later, in the mid of the process, I read two depositions done by Brian taken and we were impressed with his concise articulation, his knowledge and arguments. He could spot weaknesses in the opposition and make it work to our benefit. It was clear that we were in good hands, and I stopped wanting to read more of the reports. Brian is a brilliant persuasive negotiator as he demonstrated in our two mediations Thank you, Brian and Mark. My life has changed, but your skills, made possible for me to write this review to help other victims to recover their life to whatever degree is possible.

Brian Breiter was the perfect lawyer

Brian was my lawyer after a motorcycle accident where I was not at fault. I had to have reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery on my dominant hand, and took 3 months off work. Brian was very supportive with regards to getting me a rental car for a whole month, nothing out of pocket even after the... other insurance company said they wouldn't pay for the damage waiver. Brian helped me through the case, taking care of almost everything aside from actually going to physical therapy, the chiropractor, etc. He was able to get my liens reduced substantially and the settlement was the best case scenario. My health is the most important thing to me, and Brian made sure that I got the medical treatment I needed and that I didn't have to pay out of pocket for any of it, which is really the most important thing. I would (and have) recommended him to friends and family, or anyone seeking the best lawyer out there. By the way, when you enter his office, you'll be impressed with the vast amount of awards and recognitions he has on the walls, which include some very high accolades to say the least.
