The best lawyer I have ever worked with

A few years ago I was a passenger in a roll over taxi accident. The driver was clearly at fault but neither taxi company nor their insurance company would pay my medical bills which was all I was asking for. When I first spoke with Brian I felt I’d known him for years. He’s a brilliant guy and a liti...gation artist. Most importantly he genuinely cared about my situation. The opposing council tried everything they could to avoid payment but Brian shut them down at every turn. It was actually amazing to watch him work. In the end he not only recovered my medical expenses but also secured a settlement for my lost wages. Brian Breiter is my attorney for life.

Excellent attorney, great guy, far exceeded my expectations

My girlfriend and I were hit by a car in a pedestrian cross-walk approximately a year and a half ago resulting in significant injuries from which we would spend the next year recovering/rehabbing. Having no prior experience with personal legal matters of any sort, I asked friends for referrals and a...lso contacted a few of the top reviewed local attorneys on the Internet. I conducted a number of interviews not really knowing what to expect or what to look for. However, when Brian came in, there was an immediate comfort level both with his experience and knowledge as well as his sincerity and compassion. Excellent and Reliable!

After my accident, my sister immediately google up an attorney and we found Attorney Brian James Breiter and so my sister contacted Him and He responded that day and visited me in my sister house. He is trustworthy very informative and knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I'm so glad that he... is there when we need a lawyer to defend for us. Brian did not let me get burned.

Sometime ago I was at a small fair with my kids and we ordered some hotdogs at a stand. The woman serving them leaned forward and knocked a scalding hot giant pan of hot-dog water all over my legs and groin. I suffered some pretty bad second-degree burns. The fair organizers did not want to take resp...onsibility for it or even pay my medical bills. That's when I called Brian. First of all, he made sure I got the right medical treatment and helped me consult with a plastic surgeon to reduce the scarring. Next when they refuse to settle for a fair amount, Brian filed a lawsuit. It worked, the case was finally properly evaluated all my medical bills were paid, and I received a significant amount for my pain and suffering, and for the mark that was left on my leg. Brian Breiter and Mark Rubashkin run a great office, they are communicative, nice, and tigers when it comes to litigation.

The best lawyer ever!

I don't frequently write positive reviews, but Brian Breiter, Esq. totally impressed me! And hence follows his public recognition on avvo. Sometime couple of years ago i was involved in a motor vehicular accident and got injured pretty badly. After recuperation in the hospital I started looking for a... personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles. I checked out several personal injury attorneys, and had a meeting with couple, but Brian was the lawyer I wanted to do business with. His soft-spoken and professional approach makes you feel welcomed and surrounded with attention. He explained the plan of action in understandable terms, and offered alternatives. Ultimately, his professional knowledge and experience resulted in a maximum settlement which is another indicator that he is the lawyer who you want to represent you!
