Brian Breiter: Gifted Negotiator, Personable Approach

Waiting and listening to the sound advice and witty banter of Brian Breiter, while being treated by the best doctors and specialists (all on lien) for my personal injuries post accident was time and energy well spent! I have never gone to a lawyer for a personal injury case, or otherwise before, but... Brian's expertise exceeded all expectations. Brian is a gifted negotiator, and a warm-hearted and powerful communicator in every interaction. I appreciated his personable approach to myself and my colleagues, who are all in entertainment, because it felt like we were working on common ground with a new friend. Thanks Brian for a case well settled! Mark was very helpful and responsive too.

Truly trustworthy experience

Someone I know, who is not easily impressed, was serving jury duty and saw Brian do an amazing job for his client. So when I had a car accident and let this person know I was not happy with my lawyer, they recommended I call Brian. I did and was very happy with the results. From the start Brian put... me at easy about switching lawyers and, unlike my other lawyer, he actually listened and understood my concerns about my medical needs. His end goal was doing what was right for me - making sure I received the medical attention I needed. He and his team were very easy to work with and responsive. I felt well prepared for the various steps along the way (i.e. deposition etc.) . And best of all, Brian was able to negotiate very well in my best interest in settling all aspects of my case. I have recommended him, and will continue to do so, to anyone who has had a car accident.

Why are not all attorneys following his lead

Working with Brian Breiter has been an incredible experience. If you thought you couldn't trust an attorney in Los Angeles think again.Sadly, I was with a previous attorney who was lazy and unprofessional. I realized I needed out. I did a lot of researching before I picked Brian and I am glad I did. ...Brian helped me step by step through my case and was very patient. Him and his staff are always there to answer questions and take care of you. I never felt neglected or in an unprofessional environment. Him and his staff will go above and beyond. I really can't imagine how to better an attorney. If any other Attorneys in the Los Angeles read this consider calling Brian Breiter and asking him for advice on how to run a successful law firm.

Two cases in one

I was in a unique situation where two car accidents happened within a week. As one may assume, there was lots of finger pointing by both insurance companies and no one wanted to take blame for my injuries. Needless to say, it was not your average case. Brian was able to negotiate between both ac...cidents and as a result, get all of my bills paid, plus additional compensation. It was much more than I expected. He came highly recommended from a lifelong friend of mine, and I will be doing the same, as his services were way beyond anything I anticipated.

Brian is an informed, trustworthy advocate for your rights

In the spring of 2011, my wife and I were rear-ended and our car was totaled. In addition, my wife had to have surgery on her shoulder as a result of the accident. With all of our daily obligations and my working two jobs, it would have been next to impossible to resolve our claim in a timely manne...r. We were fortunate to have found Brian and his assistant Mark. They were always very helpful and understanding, patiently answering any question that we asked (and we asked a lot of them). As others have mentioned in their reviews, Brian and Mark were active advocates for us and they were able to negotiate a timely and favorable settlement with the insurance company on our behalf. For those that are in search of an above-average attorney to represent them, you will have to look no further. We hope to never have a need for a personal injury attorney again, but if we do, we will definitely ask Brian to represent us.
