Best team in town!

Brian Brieter and his team are the best in town! I began working with Mark Rubashkin who is part of the team following an auto accident. I had some difficult times following a back surgery personally and Mark made himself available every time to reassure me with respect to my case. The team was quick... to settle at the max allowed and handled the insurance companies with ease. I really appreciate everything this team did for me and highly recommend this group.

Call Brian Breiter--you'll be glad you did!

In 2013 we were hit by a drunk driver (almost head on--thank God he swerved at the last minute) on a weekend morning. I knew Brian Breiter had helped several friends of mine so I called him later that day after ambulance trip to the hospital, scans, exams and treatment. He picked up right away, was c...alming, compassionate, and confident as he advised us of what to do--the first being "focus on getting well, and I'll take care of the rest". (Some things I've learned after getting to know Brian: He truly loves to help people, he's incredibly smart, tenacious, funny, generous, and he doesn't get ruffled by all the crud that goes on in the insurance and legal industries. He understands how to navigate it and come out on top). The accident gave me 4 injured discs in my neck and bad daily chronic nerve pain (still ongoing) that affected my ability to drive, sit, sleep, care for myself, or have energy for anything else, as well as a broken foot. I had no idea who to go to for help, advice, or treatment. By Monday, Brian's team had an appointment for me with an orthopedic surgeon and physical therapy, and repair for our car. I was given realistic information up front from Brian that these kinds of cases take time, and because of his many years of successful experience with personal injury cases, he gave me perspective on a likely progression of treatments that might be advised to me or I might want to seek out before surgery (which prepared me for the various neurosurgeon/ortho meetings I had and decisions I had to make). He also knows the best doctors in town. I began my long journey of meeting doctors, tests, MRIs, treatments, more PT, all of which I couldn't afford out of pocket initially until I got better insurance. Brian, Mark and the team negotiated great treatment on liens so I could continue to work on healing, which in itself is very stressful, and thoughts of what the future would bring physically and financially were very scary. They even negotiated with my insurance company for reduced rates. I never had to answer a letter, phone call, or deal with insurance companies or the other person's attorneys; Brian and his team handled it all, which gave us incredible peace of mind. He patiently held firm as the other side continued to low-ball us. Brian knew we had a good case and how to present our case in the best possible way. Brian, Mark, Jeff, and team prepared us for the deposition (Jeff was with us and did an excellent job of advising and protecting us); they sent a nurse with me to support me during the defense doctor's examination to ensure that I would only have to answer the necessary questions. We were prepared and never alone each step of the way. Brian held firm, and the defense attorneys settled for the highest amount without us having to go to trial. I'll be honest; these kinds of life changing events are really stressful, even with help. I can't imagine what it would have been like without Brian and his team. We are really grateful for Brian, Mark, Jeff, Kamesha, Jennifer, Clint, et. al. This is why everyone calls and refers Brian, and you will too.

My hero!

Brian was an extremely compassionate, experienced, and excellent lawyer! I was involved in a traumatic car accident right outside of Fort Lauderdale where my family and I were rear ended by a semi truck. He fought to make sure all my medical and therapy bills were covered, along with a significant se...ttlement in the end. I highly recommend as not only a great lawyer, but a genuinely good person as well!

Beyond 5 Stars!

Brian Breiter and his team deserve each and every one of these stars.. and then some. It's definitely obvious why they have so many excellent reviews from clients that they have helped. My brief story: I was hit by a car while biking, the car fled the scene. On top of the black eyes, contusions an...d bruises, probably a concussion, I also had a fractured arm. I was unhappy with the medical care I was receiving and was also afraid to even contact my insurances (I thought they might raise my rates, who knows). I really didn't even know who to call. I spoke to a friend about my situation and he recommended that I call Brian immediately. Brian took my call, gave me a plan of action and put all of my worries to ease. He also sent me to see another orthopedic surgeon that I felt much more comfortable with. I'm finally all healed up (thankfully the fracture didn't require surgery), done with physical therapy, and besides a little PTSD that still lingers I'm going to be ok :) Brian and his team handled everything with my insurance and went COMPLETELY above and beyond what I ever could have expected from an attorney's office. But, clearly they aren't just an average attorney's office, they are in fact superheroes! I am so appreciative, beyond grateful, and would highly recommend them.

Brian and his firm are absolutely the best. They were sincere, empathic, and thorough from beginning to end. Their communication was straight forward and clear, and they approached everything with fairness from consultation to justice. Finding genuine consul in this business isn't always the norm, bu...t Brian and his team truly care about the clients they take on, and fight for them even in the most difficult of circumstances.
