Back injury lawsuit

Brian, Jeff and his team are brilliant lawyers. They are more than willing to go to court and fight for you when all the billboard attorneys only want to settle. I would recommend them to any person I know as I am confident they would be provided with the excellent service they provided me. I’ve only... been involved with one lawsuit so it was very new to me but they gave me all the confidence that everything would work out and it did. I can’t thank them enough for the job they did.

Best lawyer!!!

Brian, Mark and Peter are the BEST! My daughter called their office for me when I was in the hospital because I was injured in an auto accident. We were truly blessed to have found them on her first and only call! Peter, who’s witty and sharp, made the years long process, that included many surge...ries, much easier. Brian, who’s a gifted lawyer, secured me a truly LIFE CHANGING SETTLEMENT. Some may compare it to winning the LOTTERY. Mark, the money man, is an honest and hardworking lawyer who went out of his way to help my family and I. We are extremely grateful for them! Saved some artists!

I am a professional circus performer, and was involved in an 80 mph rollover crash that should have killed me and my partner, 4 and a half years ago. This was an accident that was 100% not my fault, and yet the insurance agencies still didnt want to give me what I was owed. Thanks to Brian and Mark, ...I was able to get the full settlement allotment through multiple rounds of insurances. And this was no easy case! its hard to convince people that what I do has value, and that I should be compensated for my injuries. In January 2019, my family and I were involved in a severe car accident when another vehicle collided with us from the side. The impact left all of us in excruciating pain, but I was particularly affected by the injuries. To my surprise, at the top of the search results was the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. When I saw his profile picture, I immediately sensed that he was a dedicated advocate for his clients. Without wasting any time, I sent him a message on Yelp, explaining the details of the accident and its impact on my family. Less than five minutes later, Brian called me personally. We spoke for nearly half an hour, during which I couldn't believe the level of attention he was giving me over the phone.
