One of the best desiscions of my life

I found the Law Offices of Brian Breiter on yelp after reading many of his positive reviews. I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about finding a lawyer on yelp but so glad I did. I called him one day as my wife drove me to a doctors appointment following a horrific and tragic car accident where ...I suffered a fractured spine, ribs, dislocated knee and severe third degree burns which required surgery. He immediately answered the phone and spoke to me for about an hour. Wow, I haven't even signed with him but he took his time to advise me and assist in getting the best medical attention for my injuries. Even though my case was extremely difficult and would probably not have much financial strength, Brian drove to my home on a Saturday morning to review my case and discuss the options. The most surprising part of working with Brian was his sincere level of care for my well being. I'd call him to discuss my case but he would stop me and insist that I address both medical and emotional issues related to my accident. He'd go as far as following up with my wife to make sure I was taking the right steps for my well being and going to all my doctors appointments. Another surprise of working was Brian was that he ALWAYS answered my calls. Didn't matter if I called him on the weekend or late at night, he'd always take my call or get back to me within minutes. I've worked with many attorneys in the course of my business, but never with one that treated me like a friend and not just a client. Even when my case took a turn for the worst and the outcome looked dim, he still gave me the same level of care and attention. He pursued every avenue to help me and it paid off. At the end, Brian was able to secure me a 7-figure settlement....yes, 7 figures! Me and my family will always be eternally grateful to Brian and his team for their hard work, care, dedication and friendship. I'd advise anyone reading this to not hesitate in hiring Brian and his team.

Amazing amazing amazing

This review is LONG overdue but let me start out by saying that Brian and his team are the real deal. Anyone looking for an amazing attorney should look no further. If you need help and are lost due to an accident that has caused major out of pocket expenses as well as unwanted pain and suffering, th...en please seek out Brian. Nobody will care more about your case I promise you! On September of 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a semi-truck crashed into me due to careless driving. I was a college student at the time and was halfway through my nursing program when this accident turned my life upside down. This crash left me with a totaled car, with a complete fractured wrist (my dominant hand) which needed two major surgeries, and forced me to withdraw from the nursing program for 6 months pushing back my graduation date. You can imagine how helpless I felt as all of this was unexpected and not in my control. Right after the accident I was super lost and knew I needed help. I was stressed while looking for attorneys because I really just wanted someone who could help me seek justice. Thankfully I met Brian and knew right then and there that he would take care of me. The first time I met Brian I could just tell he was a genuine human being that truly cared. This is where Brian literally saved my life! I kid you not, all the stress and uncertainty of trying to get justice from this whole mess was erased by having Brian as my attorney. It was a grueling 3-year case which we ended up taking to trial. The defense was trying to give us a mediation amount that was barely covering the medical bills. However, Brian was so passionate about my case and he kept on saying this was worth more than what they were offering so he pushed for a trial. I was very nervous taking it to trial but with Brian’s expertise in the courtroom I can say that I had the very best experience. I was guided every step of the way and I had all of my trust in him and his team. Brian and his colleague, Jeff, were so passionate about my case in court that I cannot thank them enough for what they did to help me. We spent a whole week in trial together and I’ve never seen such compassionate and determined individuals speak the way these two spoke for me in front of a jury and a judge. They really care about what they’re doing and who they represent as clients and I can assure you that working with Brian is not a mistake. The jury unanimously sided with us and even gave a verdict way more than what we were asking for. I wish this accident had never happened, but since it had, I’m forever grateful I had Brian by my side. You won’t find anyone who cares more about you and will put in the amount of work they had the way Brian and his team did. I came into this whole thing with Brian being my attorney to Brian being family and a close friend. You won’t find an attorney better than him, 5 stars doesn’t even suffice!

Brian is a very good attorney and represents you to the best you!

I met Brian Breiter during a FaceTime call with Guillermo Machado right after a dump truck sideswiped me on the freeway. I knew right away I was dealing with real professionals, lawyers that knew exactly how to handle something like this and do it right. Brian gave me so much confidence during that f...irst call that I had no doubts hiring them. Thank God I did. I drove up to his office in Los Angeles and was so impressed by what I saw and who I met. Lawyers like Mark Rubashkin and Jeff Twomey, who were monumental in my case. They all took excellent care of me. They also introduced me to the best doctors I’ve ever been treated by. Experts in my injuries that helped me get my health and my life back. One year to the date of my crash, Brian’s office surprised me with the best news of all. The entire policy. Insurance agreed to pay it. It was a big one. All because of Brian and his team. I was blown away. I thought the case would take much longer. Years maybe. But Brian had a secret weapon that forced the other side to deal and pay the entire policy for what they did to me without any further delays. I can’t thank them enough for this. Now I’m in a better position to enjoy the rest of my life thanks to Brian Breiter, Mark Rubashkin and Jeff Twomey. Thank you Guillermo Machado for making this happen.
