4 years ago I was hit in the pedestrian crosswalk by a Yellow Cab walking across the street on my way to work. I had the green and followed the laws when crossing the street. I sustained many injuries and was left with lifelong back injuries. I have spent the last 4 years fighting Yellow Cab and it's disgusting insurance company to take responsibility for running me over in the crosswalk. I have lived with their awful attorney, John Doherty, sending people to follow me, video tape me, as well as my co workers, and harass my employers with useless supeanas in hopes of embarrassing me to get me to drop my case. They harassed and bullied the Good Samaritan eye witness in her deposition so much that she hid from having to testify in court with this cruel lawyer. After this eye witness's father passed away 1 week before trial, the defense attorney threatened arrest and jail time for her if she did not testify. Even though we could have easily just had her deposition read in court to save her the trouble of coming to court during her mourning period. He wanted to trip her up and confuse her as English wasn't her first language, like he did in her deposition. A tactic that came back to bite him in the ass thanks to the brilliance of my lawyer, Brian Breiter and his colleagues. If it was not for my OUTSTANDING lawyers Brian Breiter and his incredible team, Steve Hoffman, CJ Pardon, Mark R, I would have given up. This was an incredibly hard fight. I can't thank him enough as we were finally victorious in court. It took 4 years, continuous physical pain, life threatening procedures, countless days of mental anguish, a jury, and a week long trial to get justice. Brian and his team exuded professionalism, passion, intelligence and were not at all intimidated by the awful defense attorney John Doherty and his bully tactics. Prior to this, I knew nothing of the legal world in this capacity and Brian and his team were not only tremendously skilled, but supportive, caring, and eager to educate me thru a new and incredibly difficult experience. I never in a million years thought this case would go to trial, it seemed so black and white to me, a car hitting a pedestrian in a crosswalk, but boy was I wrong. Having your integrity questioned is crushing especially in front of a jury of your peers. I broke down in tears after the defense attorney's closing argument called me a liar, a fraud and a scam artist. Within a second, Brian Breiter hugged me, comforted me and assured me that no matter what, he would help me get thru this long after the verdict, whatever it may be. I hate for anyone to be a victim of an incident like this, but if unfortunately you are, I pray you get the law offices of Brian Breiter to represent you. He will care about you. He will comfort you. He will fight for you. He will win. And he will make you laugh along the way:). I adore him, Steve, CJ, Mark and the whole team. I am grateful to feel bonded to them for the rest of my life!

Brian Breiter and his associates at his law offices are incredibly punctual, smart, honest, and will fight for you like they are fighting for themselves.
Brian and his team assisted me with a real estate-related case and the situation was quickly resolved in my favor. Without Brian's professionalism, care, attention to detail, vast knowledge, and unprecedented experience, I don't believe we would have won the result we were seeking.
I have dealt with several law offices and attorneys in the past, and no one compares to Brian and his team. There is not another attorney I would recommend to anyone.

It was the first day of summer, my son was prepared for an amazing summer. I never expected the call from a stranger on my son's cell phone. He had been hit by a car as he was crossing in a cross walk, with the right of way. I was told he's ok, but as I pulled up the whole intersection had been closed by Paramedics, Fire trucks and Police. I ran the rest of the way to get to my son laying in the middle of the street in a puddle of blood. As we drove to the Emergency Room I reached out to Brian Brieter, a friend, to ask his advice. The first thing Brian did was console and assure me that we would be ok. Although the driver admitted fault and the entire incident was on camera. The nightmare began, child protective services, the insurance company trying to discredit my son. Brian reassurance and supportive guidance , helped us through the most horrific event that could happen to my child.
My son recovered from his injuries, and Brian was able to secure the highest reward that we could get. Brian was there to comfort support and protect us.

No sabía qué hacer y me siento completamente perdido.
¡Gracias! Cinco estrellas todo el camino.
Last year my husband and father of my two small children, was killed in a terrible accident on the 405 freeway at three in the morning on a foggy night in Los Angeles. There were no eyewitnesses and the police were unable to determine why the accident happened. All I know is that the most important person in my life was taken away from me. I did not know what to do, and I feel completely lost. My good friend has known Brian Breiter personally for many years and told me to call him. As hard as it was, I went to his office and sat with him and his partner Mark Rubashkin and told him about my husband and how important he was to my family. Brian and Marc instantly make me feel comfortable and like they were going to take care of my family.
Immediately filed a lawsuit and hired an accident expert to determine how and why the accident happened. I had to give deposition and so did my children about how much they love their father. Brian went and took the deposition of the driver who lived out of state. Insurance company did not want to pay because they said their driver was not at fault but we were able to force them to pay a very substantial amount.
Eventually we had to go to court and get the judge to approve the settlement for my two children because they were minors.
Although my husband is gone forever the money that we were able to get for me and my children will help us down the road. Brian and Mark have always been there for me and my family throughout this very difficult time. They are my friends and Lawyers for life. Thank you! Five stars all the way.

I acknowledge that a deck of cards isn’t always fair. It can simply be the luck of the draw. I unfortunately suffered after a horrible car accident. My quick reflexes most likely along with my well-built car saved my life. I was unfortunately hit by a 23 year old who had fallen asleep at the wheel while being drunk and convicted of his second DUI. He was traveling at very high speeds at what I assumed to be over 80 miles an hour out of an alley plowing into my driver’s side of my car while off to pick up some frozen yogurt with my wife at the time. We were hit hard; the car was an absolute wreck. The accident was horrendous as imagined and on the local news. My only thoughts at the time were the fight or flight reactions, to ensure my screaming wife was safe and then to see if the guy who hit us would survive as I thought he would soon drown due to the gushing 40 foot fire hydrant that was engulfing over us. The driver was unconscious, his car was upside-down as he had driven inside a home. I’m unsure how many times we had spun, and w/o going into all the emotions and what I recall to this date I was taken away on a stretcher due to neck pains. This tough, thick skinned guy who has never called out sick in his 22 year professional career went to work to run his kitchen the following morning and later learned he had a 6 mm herniated disc that needed to either be fused or replaced with an artificial disc. We took legal action, and at first thought hope was thin as our current insurance wasn’t at the level we had wanted, and the driver was thought to be illegal and uninsured. We hired an attorney that was referred by a fellow family acquaintance that helped start the legal process. Within the first few weeks I was under so much stress I thought I was having a heart attack and rushed to the emergency room. Life was challenging, I was under so much stress and tired and regrettably agreed to end a marriage that I will always regret not suffering through more and taking each other back.
Soon after a long time friend and well respected peer recommended that I change to his personal attorney for stronger legal representation. I undertook an artificial disc replacement surgery, following a second spine surgery and learning I had a fractured scaphoid in my left wrist and a tear in my right shoulder that also needed surgeries. My new attorney became ill and had developed lung cancer and unfortunately passed away within 6 weeks of learning of his disease. I then fell into another attorneys care as I had no choice and my previous attorney’s office needed to start my litigation with an attorney to represent my case. Things became very unorganized, and as we became close to trial I was feeling very frustrated as my new my attorney wasn’t leading me to the direction I needed him to achieve. I needed an attorney that was a fighter, an attorney with a rock star reputation that wouldn’t take no for an answer and believed in his clients. I was so fed up with my 3rd attorney as we were not prepared for mediation and poorly prepared for trail. My attorney didn’t have the experience to take on the reigns and was simply setting my case up for settlement w/o taking the necessary steps to showcase how strong my case was. This is not acceptable for my life, and many others would have simply stayed on with him. He would have accepted a minimal settlement to ensure he didn’t have to tackle on expenses with building my case.
I then seeked new council. I spoke to all my doctors who are respected and considered the very best in their field. With the help and recommendation of my doctors and luckily a close friend I found Brian Breiter as the legal counsel that I seeked. I had considered others that had won multi million dollar settlements. Ultimately I made my decision based on Brian Breiter’s overwhelmingly large number of personal reviews. This is not the norm for clients to make

I came to Brian looking for help. I was going through a lot of pain and suffering at the time. He immediately referred me to doctors to seek treatment. They are all so courteous and professional at his office, they really make u feel like a friend and comfortable. I just felt like a whole weight was lifted off my shoulders. If I wanted to they would even schedule doctor appointments for me. That was a great relief for me and a good feeling to have a peace of mind knowing that someone is caring for you. They look for your best interest but most importantly in seeking the best help for you. They are exceptional! Brian Breiter and Jeff Towmey are a great team!

I was in an accident a little over a year ago and i found Brian online after reading many reviews on several lawyers. I had never been in a serious accident so i had no idea what steps to take. Luckily i found Brian online and was able to get an appointment very quickly. From the moment i stepped the office everyone was kind and professional. We sat down and talked through the whole process. Then we went over possible outcomes and what steps he would take to insure the best judgement for me.
I highly recommend Brian and his team. He cares about each of his clients and helps every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome. Big thanks Brian!

Words alone cannot express my appreciation for what the Law Offices of Brian Breiter has done for our family. About 29 months ago, on a late Friday night my parents were involved in a DWI accident which turned my world upside down. My parents were coming home after work around 11pm. When they were exiting the 10 freeway they were hit broadside by a drunk driver who failed to yield while merging onto the freeway. The drunk driver and his passenger left my parents there for dead and fled the scene only to be arrested a few hours later. While my father managed to somehow survive, my mother passed shortly after the impact of the accident. My two brothers and I were a complete mess and had no idea what to do or where to start. From grieving the loss of a mother, having a father in ICU for over a month fighting for his life, planning a funeral, dealing with law enforcement, and trying to run the family business, reaching out to personal injury lawyers was turning out to be more frustrating than I had expected it to be. However, lawyers Brain Breiter and Mark Rubashkin from Law Offices of Brian Breiter changed the dynamics of our entire situation. I still remember our first conversation over the phone, Brian spent over an hour just listening to my story, knowing exactly what I was feeling and going through. His genuine nature of caring for others was evident as he felt like a lifelong friend instead of a lawyer I just reached out to. He went on to calm me down and explained to me the importance of prioritizing what and who I worry about. That right now, I needed to take care of my family members (who are also grieving) and most importantly my own health. Everything else we can talk about later because we have plenty of time. Anybody can do a good deed and call themselves a good human but Brian and his partners, did more than just talk. I still remember when Brian told me that all the money in the world doesn’t replace what I had lost the other night, and that my family has already lost so much. He expressed their commitment and support by taking on the case pro-bono unless they recovered over $250K for my family. Despite the fact that the offender was worth nothing, Brian and his team did not give up and spent 18 months building an amazing case. Money-hungry professionals are everywhere nowadays and in the times where for most people, quality of service doesn’t matter, Brian and his team are here to help those in need at their darkest hour. They are not only thorough professionals but I am confident they are also some of the humblest people I have or ever will meet. I am truly grateful to call Brian and his partners my friends. Thank you for helping my family again and again.

My car was totaled two years ago and my thumb was hurt bad and my spine was fractured (T5) and my fiance was hurt too. The accident was not our fault. We searched online for the BEST lawyer we could find and selected Brian Breiter to help us through this very difficult time because he had won awards for his work. Me and my fiance's lives were turned upside down and I am still hurting. Brian Breiter and Mark were the best the whole time. We just trusted them to help us. They got me the maximum amount and we are forever eternally grateful. Advice to anyone... this process takes time.... but make sure to wait it out. You will ALWAYS get more money in the end if you have a solid case. I didn't have a car for two years NOW I DRIVE A REALLY NICE LEXUS. I know every case is different, but one this I do know for sure... If anyone ever hurts me in an accident again, I will call Brian. We thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts - C. C. & Chris :)
