Thank you Brian!

3.5 years ago, I got into a terrible accident that broke my eye socket, misaligned my pelvis, messed up my neck, gave me severe muscle tissue trauma, to name a few of the injuries, and left me physically and emotionally scarred. I had never been in a situation like this and was really scared and phys...ically incapable of even beginning to deal with it. I found Brian Breiter on yelp, due to his great reviews, and hey, I’m paying it forward and writing a 5-Star review myself to hopefully help whomever is reading this now decide to go with him. He came to my rescue and I cannot be more grateful. He came to my house for a free consult and was extremely reassuring—great bedside manners. He said he’d do everything he can to help me, and I believed him. My gut told me to go with him, and he turned out to be a man of integrity, and he really delivered on his promises. The next 3.5 years was no easy journey by any means. I couldn’t have even begun to imagine the complicated, intricate, and oftentimes very frustrating process that was dealing with, well, anything legal. I’m pretty type A and want to know everything that’s going on, but there are a lot of puzzle pieces and unknowns, and though there are times when there’s a lot of waiting around or uncertainties due to the process, Brian has always been reassuring, and I trusted him. He told me to just focus on seeing the doctors I needed to see, do everything I needed to do to best heal myself, and that he and Mark (the other lawyer I worked with extensively, who is also extremely hard working) would take care of everything else. And they did. I’m happy to say that today, 3.5 years later, Brian handed me a very-well negotiated settlement check, we high-fived, and will continue to be friends. He and Mark really took care of me, fought hard, and FAR exceeded my expectations for the outcome. Thank you Brian, Mark, and everyone at the office. All my love and appreciation goes out to you guys! :)

High Class Attorney-Best of the Best

Brian Brieter and his firm represented our family in the wrongful death claim of our daughter due to a horrific auto accident in January 2018 in Los Angeles. I am a business executive and have worked with dozens of attorneys and law firms over my career and I must say that I would rate Brian at the... top of the list. He possesses a unique combination of integrity and professionalism in his work, but also has such great compassion and patience with his clients at the same time. As we say in the medical profession Brian has wonderful “bedside manner”, which is important, especially when someone has lost a loved one as traumatically as we did. Brian is the “best of the best” and can be counted on to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

The Best!

Brian Breiter and his team were outstanding! We met under the worst circumstances one could imagine. In January of this year I lost my only daughter at age 31 to a horrible and tragic car accident in Los Angeles. She was a passenger in the car and died at the scene. She couldn’t speak for herself and... that’s when Brian stepped in to represent her and her rights in a wrongful death claim. At that time of grief, pain and unbearable loss, I don’t think I would’ve managed had It not been for Brian’s professional help and compassion. He was not just an attorney, but also became my grief counselor and a compassionate friend who really cared and carried me through the whole legal process. His professionalism in working through all the details and negotiations for a fair settlement with the insurance was a comfort to me. Shattered Elbow

I chose to hire attorney Brian Breiter represent me because of his reputation for being THE BEST. My Mom used him in the past, and she was referred to him through one of her past clients. Thank God I listened to their recommendations because it paid off! I was initially intimidated, as I never imagi...ned my (then) 24 year old self walking into an injury attorney's office, but my fears and reservations were quickly alleviated upon meeting Brian Breiter and his team. They were patient, compassionate, and honest throughout the entire process. I had a horrific arm injury that required multiple surgeries, and Brian set me up with THE TOP doctors. This guy has connections! And trust me it makes all the difference. My case was worth a lot, and I would have been more than happy if we settled with %10 of what we were going after (My eyes nearly poped out of my head when he told me the number). But to my surprise, we settled for the whole policy limit! Let's just say my friends wish it was them that shattered their arm, and are currently in the process of purchasing my first home due to this financial gain!

The BEST is just the beginning

When the WORST (and completely unexpected) thing happens and everything gets dark, you hope and pray that if the light comes back into your eyes that someone is there to tell you that everything will be ok and that they are there to help. In the Fall of 2015 I was struck by an SUV while I was walkin...g across a controlled crosswalk. It’s a moment that changed my life forever. In the aftermath of what could have been the last day of my life came several painful days in the hospital trying to make sense of it all. My head had taken the biggest blow leaving a "pool of blood" on the concrete. I had also fractured my orbital bone and cheekbones, fractured my tailbone and had a deep 6" long abrasion on my leg and ankle. I also had severe migraines and debilitating vertigo that would last consistently for months and beyond. During my stay in the hospital my friend and manager took the time to research personal injury lawyers in the Los Angeles area. He informed me that one name kept rising to the top of all of his searches: Brian Breiter. His reviews from former clients were outstanding - with each one expressing their individual stories but resounding gratitude for Brian and his firm. A few weeks after I was discharged from the hospital we set up an appointment to meet with Brian. What moved me during our initial meeting was that he and his associate Mark Rubashkin, were first and foremost concerned about my health and overall wellbeing. He immediately set up appointments with an excellent orthopedic surgeon, ENT Dr., and neurologist to aid in my healing process. From day one they told me that my job was to rest and heal and gave me the assurance that they would be there for me and would do all the hard work necessary for my case. Over the next two and half years Brian and Mark informed me every step of the way. They continued to monitor my progress and connected me with the best specialists as needed for my recovery. In moments of my own uncertainty and frustration, Brian and Mark would reassure me that everything was under control and I that was in good hands. They would listen when I had concerns and questions and they would thoroughly inform me as we progressed through each stage. Most importantly during moments of doubt, Brian would remind me of the importance of trust. Trust that he had my back and the belief in the absolute best-deserved outcome. I can say without any doubt that Brian and his team are excellent at what they do. If this had been a super hero movie then Brian would truly have been Iron Man. He is genuinely caring, compassionate and supportive. He helped me in every way he could and I will forever be grateful to have found him and his firm. Through patience, persistence, expertise and TRUST he was able to get the MAX amount. How can I resoundingly say Thank You 14X over each and every day?! THANK YOU Brian, Mark and everyone at your firm - for everything that you have done for me, for being the light after the dark and for affirming that there are real superheroes like you to have your back when you need it the most.
