Slip and fall with maximum payout achieved

Brian is the best! We had him represent us for a slip-and-fall case. In our first meeting, he spent most of his time talking about how the slip-and-fall injury had affected us in a way that you could understand that he really “got it”. Not only was this very comforting to us, but we knew that he was ...the one who would best represent what we went through to the jury. Eventually, the case did go to trial. Brian was happy to go to trial, and said that it was needed to get the damages that we deserved. He presented a rock-solid case that resulted in a unanimous verdict for our side. Brian was especially good at communicating to the jury all of the suffering we went through, and this resulted in a fantastic payout. I doubt any lawyer could have done a better job than Brian and his team. We are so happy we went with Brian, and recommend him unreservedly.

Brian Brieter 5 Stars!

5 Stars for Brian, I wish I could give more! Brian was a Godsend. I was in a horrible accident in West Hollywood where I nearly died as the driver blew through an intersection destroying my car and sending me in an ambulance injured severely. I had indescribable pain to my back and neck and knee. I c...alled Brian immediately after my accident and he spared no time sending me to the best doctors, neurologists and physical therapist in the area. Anytime I had a question or a concern he was on it, always available and reachable by phone or email. Our case settled and I am VERY happy with the results to say the least. Brian is an relatable, honest and an effective lawyer. I received my compensation light speed after settlement. I could not have picked a better lawyer.

Brain Trauma

Brian has been our attorney for over three years. He is very compassionate and knows injury law! Brian just settled our case out of court and for full dollar amount. He guided us correctly and honestly. He knows the process and we were very pleased with Brian. My daughter was in a severe car wreck wh...ich has left her with brain trauma. Exceptional Experience

It's extremely rare that I will take time out of my busy schedule to draft any sort of review or fill out a follow up survey of any kind. My recent experience with Brian Breiter and his exceptional staff however have warranted doing just that. Brian handled a personal injury case for me that was quit...e involved and lengthy in duration. During every step of the process, both he and his assistants Mark and Cliff were consummate professionals. Whilst Brian's knowledge of the law is a given, what was perhaps most exceptional about my experience was the consistent, thorough, detailed communication from everyone in the firm. Concurrent with the professionalism of Brian and his team is a genuine interest in the client's personal well being; a rare combination to find in any business but particularly a law firm. I could write many more paragraphs extolling the virtues of my experience with Brian. But I believe that often times simplicity says things best. I unequivocally recommend Brian to anyone in need of legal representation. He and his staff are without equal in my opinion and exceptional every step of the way during what can be a very difficult process. Many thanks to Brian and his outstanding staff!

This guy rocks :) !!!!

Brian is amazing. Not only as an attorney, but as a person. I won't go into all the details of my accident, but my wife and I had just moved to California about 6 months prior to my accident and were still trying to get settled. Obviously, a horrific accident (motorcycle) does not help make us feel... comfortable with our situation. While I was in the hospital, my wife (we had only been married 7 months at this time) started doing all the paperwork with insurance companies and trying to get any disability benefits from my job or the state, but we hadn't been here long enough be approved, so we were worried how we could stay afloat. My wife called a few different attorneys, and Brian was one of them. Besides our personal beliefs in the amazing work that he has done, it was comforting to know we were making the right choice with Brian back then because when my wife was asked what other attorneys she was considering as she called around and she mentioned Brian Breiter, they all said, "oh yea, he is great. Go with him and he will do right by you." That is proof to Brian's abilities. He is being recommended by the 'competition'! With everything we had on our plate, Brian made it extremely easy. We would just send him/his office paperwork about what was going on with the hospital and he would say, "Don't worry about this side of things, I've got you, you just focus on healing.' I truly just put faith in Brian that he would do everything he could to take care of us, and he went above and beyond expectations. When I was well enough, he had me come into the office so we could meet and chat in person and he is the nicest guy ever! Without too many details, Brian took our situation and concerns into consideration and used his connections and skills to make a terrible situation have some positiveness to it. I would recommend Brian to anyone in need. He is honest, understanding, thoughtful, and fun. Oh, and obviously fantastic at his job :) Thank you Brian and everyone on your team for helping us!
