Wonderful Lawyer

Brian was referred to me by a dear friend. Upon meeting him, to discuss my personal injury case, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was and I was really happy to have a lawyer of his caliber on my side. He was able to resolve my case without going to court. I am very happy and grateful... to have worked with him and if needed he would definitely be my go to lawyer again.

My wife was struck and killed by an uninsured drunk driver. Mr. Breiter was able to get the individuals lapsed insurance to reinstate the person's policy in order to get me a settlement, something that rarely if ever happens. His professionalism, tenacity, and heart made this happen.

Excellent personal injury attorney

Brian is a great attorney. I hired him after I was struck by a car while riding my bike and the driver's insurance company alleged the accident was my fault. He was able to get the insurance company to pay out the full amount of the driver's policy. That alone would be enough to justify a five-sta...r review from me, since I needed the money for surgery and physical therapy and to support myself while I was out of work. But, on top of that, he made the whole process as unstressful as dealing with a legal issue could possibly be.

Responsive and Diligent!!

I had the privilege of working with Brian Breiter on a recent injury case. He gratefully took over handling my case after another lawyer completely dropped the ball. From the start he, was professional and attentive to my concerns and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Brain clearl...y communicated the process and all legal procedures involved, which kept me involved and at ease about an already tenuous situation. The case was settled during one of the two meditations where he continued to push for proper compensation for my pain and suffering. After the case was settled. He worked through all the medical bills that I had received from the injuries from the car accident and settled with each and everyone of them, which relieved a lot of stress. I am completely impressed by his knowledge, care of clients, and legal skills. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.

Brian's The Man

I first met Brian Breiter a few upsetting and confusing days after my husband was hit by a car while walking. He was the first lawyer we spoke to, and the last. Not normally people who make snap decisions, we were very impressed with Brian and decided to go with our gut. Why? At that first meet...ing, Brian was compassionate about my husband’s situation and gave us hope and confidence that he could help us. He was forthright, intelligent, personable, experienced, and self confident without being arrogant. He assured us that we needed and indeed could benefit by legal representation. He explained with patience and clarity how the legal process works, answering any and all questions we posed. He was respectful of our fragile state and asked questions about the accident and its aftermath gently but comprehensively. He clearly possessed considerable legal expertise and experience, and was obviously a person of considerable personal charisma. I appreciated his directness, his empathy, and his confidence in his ability to be an effective advocate on our behalf. This he has proven to be. Here it is, eighteen months later, and not for a moment have we regretted our “snap decision.” Brian did very well by us, and for that we will always be grateful. Should we ever again have the need for a personal injury attorney, Brian’s our guy. He’s a fine lawyer, a committed advocate, and an impressive person. I recommend him without qualification.
