Couldn't be happier!

Trust their process! Was involved in a car accident about 4 years ago. Found Brian's office through online reviews. Decided to give his team a call for a consult and met a few days later. Felt comfortable and decided to proceed. The level of care his office provides is top notch. They were straig...ht forward and respectful with how best to proceed. Brian and team were realistic in their approach and possible outcomes. The process was arduous but they were continually providing updates throughout. Service: A+ Communication: A+ Process: A+ Support: A+ Outcome: A+ Thank you, Brian and Team! I could not have asked for a better team to be represented by.

So grateful for Brian!

I was in an accident leading to injury ~2.5 years ago and shortly afterwards, found Brian's office for legal representation. As this was my first personal injury case, I was completely out of my element and am so glad I decided to go with them! Brian and Mark, the other lawyers in their office, a...nd the administrative staff displayed an amazing level of professionalism and competence. I felt well supported throughout the whole duration of the case and any question I had was immediately answered. They made an awful and intimidating situation into one where I didn't have to worry about the legal side of things, and instead just focus on my recovery. I am forever grateful to Brian and his team!

Lucky I had Brian

It was a beautiful day in Southern California. I was driving my car on Lincoln Blvd in Venice Beach. A drive I did practically every day. Then a car came out of nowhere and CRASHED into me from behind. Of course, the driver of the other car pretended they didn't see me. Of course, the driver p...retended he didn't speak English. Of course, he had horrible insurance. And now I was in pain. My future was about to be filled with doctors, physical therapy, acupuncture, little to no activity. I was a surgery candidate. Pain was part of my daily life. My insurance company told me not to worry, they would support me. I had uninsured/underinsured coverage in my plan - that I had been paying into for over 15 years. I was a valued client. Nothing to worry about? Turns out I had a lot to worry about. They weren't going to give me anything. Brian Brieter and Mark Rubashkin helped me every step of the way. I was honest and upfront about how I wanted to go about my treatment and what I was expecting. They backed me in every way. And when I was confused or had questions, they answered them. If I didn't know how to handle something, they offered suggestions. We agreed on how to proceed, and the biggest thing I can say to anyone who is in this position, is to have patience. Everything Brian and Mark told me that was going to happen in our first meeting, is pretty much what happened. My own insurance company delayed my case for YEARS. They expected me to cave in. I was frustrated, I was angry. I wanted to settle the case many times, just to be over with it. But Brian and Mark asked me to be patient. If I settled, I would've gotten next to nothing. Peter Diamond joined a few months ago and his experience and guidance was crucial to closing this out. I finally, after years, received the full policy amount. Thanks to Brian, Mark, and Peter. I hope nothing ever happens to me again and I hope I never have to call Brian, Mark, or Peter again. But, if something does happen, they will be the ones I call right away.

God Blessed Us With You and your Team

A few years ago my dad was driving home from work. All of a sudden a he was smashed from behind by a semi truck. He was in pretty bad shape. He didn’t go to the hospital right away but we knew something was wrong. First we were referred to an attorney from a friend. Without knowing better we went to ...them and it was a big mistake. They didn’t get my dad to the right kind of doctor and basically left him on his own. After a while we knew we needed to find him a better lawyer. We looked online and found Brian Breiter’s office. It just so happened that a good friend also knew Mr. Breiter and said this is the guy for you and you can trust him. As soon as we sat down with Brian and his partner Mark, we knew we came to the right law firm. They immediately set my dad up with a great spine doctor. He made sure that my dad got the right kind of physical therapy and then he had to get MRI’s. After a long time of trying to get better the spine doctor explained that the only option for my dad to live without pain everyday would be to have a surgery to his neck and back. It was a scary and big decision but it was the right thing to do because right after the surgery my dad immediately felt improvement. The recovery was long but it was worth it. The whole time Brian and Mark would answer our questions and make my dad feel comfortable about the case. Brian speaks very good Spanish so that helped a lot because even though my dad speaks English he felt more comfortable speaking with Brian in Spanish. The case had to be filed in the court because the insurance for the trucking company tried to say that my dad’s injuries were not caused but the accident. Brian and Mark spent a lot of time making sure my dad was prepared for his deposition. He felt ready and did a very good job telling the truth about what happened. Finally after a long battle they were able to settle the case for the full amount of the trucking company’s insurance. My dad had a lot of medical bills because he didn’t have health insurance but Mark was able to get the surgery and doctor bills reduced to an amount that was very fair. In the end we were so glad we were able to get Brian to accept our case, because it would not have been the same result and most important my dad wouldn’t have gotten better. We are so grateful for Brian Breiter for helping our family. The really treated us kindly and they cared about us, that was something we will never forget. Please call them if you need help they will treat you right. Thank you Mark and Brian. We love you guys.

Great Lawyer

I had a really bad dog bite injury to my mouth by a very large dog. I got patched up in the ER very roughly so I felt very hopeless that I would ever look the same. I contacted multiple lawyers who told me that I would have to wait 6 months before seeing a plastic surgeon as the results of the deform...ity would affect the case. Luckily, I found Brian through Yelp based on his great reviews, and the first thing he did was send me to a plastic surgeon to get a reconstruction, literally the next day. He said it wouldn’t affect my case and that the most important thing was making sure that I would have the deformity fixed as soon as possible. I knew he was the one then and there because I could tell that he truly cared about my well being and showed that he could immediately get things done for me. Brian and his team were also easy to contact by phone or text, on both weekdays or weekends.
