Caring Attorney

I wanted to share my story so others can benefit from the law offices of Brian Breiter, my wife was involved in a hit and run accident where she was hit and others ran :-) a few months back. Brian was recommended by a friend of a friend that had great results with Brian a few years back, my first... impressions of Brian was that he was genuinely concerned for the well being of my wife first and foremost above all else. That really struck a cord with me because you hear stories of attorneys that are more concerned about the $$$ (ambulance chasers) than the individuals. We had constant communication with Brian and/or staff who by the way also get 5 stars from me, they scheduled Dr visits and office visits accordingly taking into account our busy schedules. In the end Brian did not settle and was able to get us a nice settlement check to help us put the events of that day behind us. The law offices of Brian Breiter should be your first choice for any legal concerns and piece of mind.

Make the call

My father was picked up by a van that's designated to transport seniors to and from their residence to the Senior Activity Center he goes to daily. When my siblings and I drive my father, we have to assist him with his seatbelt - we pull it out for him and make sure he's locked in before we drive off.... The driver of the van on this particular day didn't assist my father with his seatbelt. My dad tried to belt himself in and believed he did. Unfortunately, on this given day, the driver had to slam on the brakes to avoid getting into an accident and my father, who was sitting in the front seat, plunged forward so hard his whole body hit the front dash of the car (his upper body, his arms, his ribs were all bruised up) and his face and head hit the windshield. He had to be admitted to the hospital. He couldn't go home after he was released from the hospital because he needed rehab so he was transferred to a nursing home. My father's condition deteriorated and he died a few months later. I was referred to Brian by a dear friend who served as a juror in one of Brian's cases. My friend was a lawyer many years back and also worked in the DA's office so whenever I have any legal queries, I turn to him. I trust his opinions and his referrals are gold. I had a long meeting with Brian and Mark and he took the case. Brian and Mark worked to obtain all the necessary documents and statements for everyone involved and it took years. The case became challenging because my father was elderly and as is with most elderly people, had pre-existing health problems that the defendant argued caused my father's death. Brian and Mark worked persistently. They were great about explaining the process of the case- my siblings and I have never gone through this situation and we have never sued anyone before. They both returned phone calls promptly, were patient about answering questions and they scheduled all the necessary meetings needed to get the case moving. Despite the odds against us, Brian and Mark won the case in our behalf. My siblings and I are grateful for everything Brian, Mark and their whole team have done for us. Despite what seems to be insurmountable odds, they actually achieved a successful and positive outcome. I mentioned that my friend's referrals are gold and I can now personally say with certainty, that my friend was spot-on.

2nd time using Brian

Brian was the lawyer in the first collision. I used Brian for the second collision against a national company with defense lawyers ready to fight me out. Brian ensure me that my larger opponent would be difficult but attainable to receive a reasonable settlement. I like how Brian office never lost pa...perwork I sent, was fast on doctor referrals, and Brian supreme ability to negotiate the maximum outcomes possible. I was able to have my case settled in a extremely short amount of time compared to statistical and historical similar car collisions. I was able to get a atypical closure of the case within 17 months. These case can go for 2-3 years from the date of injury. Brian is good, pick him to represent you if you believe in winning.

Nothing but the truth.

Where to begin? This accident and case changed my life forever. I was in a bad accident with a stake-bed truck driven by a worker for a local business. I knew right away something was wrong with my back. The driver tried to get out of taking responsibility for the accident. That's when I knew I had t...o start looking for an attorney who would fight for me. The accident happened in orange county, but I wanted to make sure I got the best attorney I could, so I searched all over, asked friends for referrals and searched the Internet. Finally I came upon the Law offices of Brian Breiter. I read all of the reviews on Yelp, Google and AVVO. These guys are the real deal. Trial warriors not settlement guys. I looked up Brian's number and gave them a call and guess what, he picked up the phone! I knew right when our conversation began that this was the lawyer for me. When I met with him and his partner Mark Rubashkin I knew I made the right choice. These guys were on my side and we're going to do whatever it took to protect me. It was clear from the beginning that their biggest concern was my health, which was in serious jeopardy. They made sure I saw the best spine surgeons in town and was able to get more than one opinion. Eventually I had to get a serious back surgery. I was scared! But Brian and Mark made sure that everything was going to be OK, and they literally held my hand throughout the process. I lost faith a few times throughout the process because it takes so long and it can be so emotionally and physically difficult, but that's with the defense wants, they want you to give up, but Brian and Mark never let me down. They were always there for me even when I called in the middle of the night or early in the morning, they always took my call and answer my questions. We literally went to war on this case and Brian and Mark had my back the entire way. We were in the trenches!!! We went to three mediations on this case. The defense kept lowballing us, but Brian and Mark kept fighting for every penny, and we got it. The case resolved right before the trial and I was very satisfied! Hiring an attorney can be the most important decision in a person's life when the injuries are this serious and the stakes are this big. Don't just pick a lawyer because of a flashy website or because of the promises they make or because they went to a fancy law school. Choose a lawyer that feels right, someone that you really trust, make sure you are picking a winner not someone who promises the moon and stars, because these types of cases are not easy and they require a real fighter. Thank you Brian and Mark for protecting me and my family. I will never forget you guys and what you've done for us. Your friend Jimmy.

para el mejor abogado

Hace dos años tuve un accidente, mientras manejaba mi bicicleta un señor iba en su carro no me vio y me choco, yo iba a la escuela de idiomas EF english school en Los Angeles CA a partir de ese momento cambio mi vida, porque muchos de los planes que tenia se veian arruinados al sentir un dolor inm...enso y ver que no podia mover mi pierna, la policia, y la ambulancia llegaron a el lugar del accidente y me llevaron a un hospital donde me realizaron diferentes examenes y me inmovilizaron la pierna izquierda, fueron dias muy dificiles donde tuve que dejar a un lado mis estudios mi rutina mi medio de transporte mis clases de baile para cumplir un reposo, en esos momentos tan duros alejada de mi pais y mi familia, conoci a el señor Brian Breiter un abogado excepcional, trabajador, talentoso, bondadoso. El me ayudo cuando mas lo necesite y me dio las herramientas necesarias para poder continuar mi año de estudio me dio esperanzas de que al final toda esa situacion traeria algo positivo y asi ha sido y es!
