You never feel like "just a file" with Brian.

Wow! What can I say? In this day and age it's increasingly rare to find a business that earns your respect and makes sure you're taken care of. Brian and Mark have been superb in their handling of my case and, most importantly, in helping me get the medical care I needed after my accident which in...volved an uninsured motorist with a suspended license in a rental car. They are prompt returning calls and emails and very forthcoming in answering any question or concern you may have. I would definitely recommend his services should you ever find yourself in need of a knowledgeable, personable and dedicated attorney to fight for you.

Professional, understanding, and entirely exceeded my expectations.

I really can't say enough good things about Brian, his associate Mark, and the attention and care they showed me after a car struck me and my dog. While the incident itself was horrible to experience, it happened in the midst of planning a wedding and before a move to a new city. Throughout all of... this, I was given time to heal and put my attention where it was needed in my own life as Brian dealt with everything pertaining to my claim. And I do mean everything. Brian was up front in laying out all my options and letting me know what to expect during the entire process. On my end, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, and I'm very thankful for that when I was balancing everything else happening in my life. In the end, Brian absolutely delivered and was able to recover all my losses. I'd absolutely recommend him.

The First Attorney to Contact - Always

Top line, here's what you want to know: Brian Breiter is the attorney who should represent you. I say this enthusiastically and unequivocally. Brian is compassionate, attentive, supportive, and an unrelenting advocate for you. I was injured in a car accident and I was in a lot of pain. I n...eeded representation immediately. I didn't know what to do or who to trust. I found myself looking at online reviews of attorneys and came across Brian's reviews on Yelp - yes, a shout-out to Yelp! The substance and tone of his reviews felt right. I called his office expecting to hear from him in a day or so. Two hours later, he called me. Since I was unable to get to his office, he came to my home. He explained my rights. He explained the various insurance coverages available to me. He was direct, confident, clearly knowledgeable, and willing to take as much time as necessary to talk. Frankly, he gave me hope. I wanted Brian to represent me. During the time from when Brian took over until the settlement of my case with the driver's insurer, Brian and Mark, another great attorney in Brian's office, were proactively communicative about process and procedure, strategy and tactics. They were responsive, quickly and thoroughly so, to any questions or concerns I had. What do want in an attorney, especially one who is going to represent you when you are at your most vulnerable? Knowledge? Check. Compassion? Check. Thoroughness. Check. Empathy? Check. Communication? Check. Sense of security? Check. Integrity? Check. Like-ability (always a plus)? Double check. When my claim against the driver-who-hit-me's insurance company settled, Brian got me the maximum under that driver's policy. Throughout the negotiations with the insurance company's counsel, I saw him offer the carrot and wield the stick. He's a master negotiator. On a lighter note, Brian, it turns out has a second life - one of those truly LA stories - and is a brilliant improv comedian. My wife and I have had several sidesplitting evenings watching his troupe, the Liquid Radio Players, perform. So, if you want the best representation you will find, an amicable and aggressive advocate, and a good laugh or two along the way, engage Brian as your attorney.

Brian Breiter

Brian was a fantastic help to me after my accident and was always very reliable, trustworthy and helped me with all the pieces to the puzzle with the aftermath of a very traumatic car accident. I would recommend him whole heartedly to any friend in a similar situation.

Highly Recommended

When I was looking for help with my car accident I followed the advice of a friend who recommended Brian. Brian helped me in so many ways through this terrible situation. He truly understoods the effects of personal injury and more importantly how to move through all of the legalities that go alon...g with claims and insurance companies. When I was in my final mediation in court, the judge said to me "you're lucky you have such a good lawyer".... and he was right!
