Highly recommended

I wish all lawyers were like Brian

Mr. Brian Breiter is THE BEST attorney I have worked with. (And I have worked with quite a few lawyers...) I had to have a dreadful shoulder surgery due to the auto accident I was involved. Mr. Breiter and his assistant Mark were always there for me to answer my questions. I highly regard Mr. Brei...ter's thoughtful and personal customer services because they are so hard to come by nowadays. Mr. Breiter got me very satisfying settlement in a reasonable amount of time. I am so glad I have found him. I would recommend his services to anyone without any hesitation.

A True Advocate For Your Rights

Those who have had the misfortune of being involved in a traffic accident know that personal injury and property damage are not the only pitfalls - the time, effort, bureaucracy, and red tape inherent in dealing with the various parties - insurance companies, police, DMV, doctors, the other driver, e...tc. - become a massive burden of their own. Taking all this into account, it quickly becomes clear that "the largest cash settlement possible" is not the only, or even necessarily the most important, consideration when selecting an injury attorney. You're looking for an advocate for your best interests. I can think of no one better qualified for the job than Brian Breiter. Mr. Breiter has represented me in 2 seperate cases. In both instances, he did far more than obtain me the best possible settlement. From the moment I contacted him, he handled every aspect of my case, from dealing with the insurance companies to arranging care from exemplary doctors and physical therapists, with whom he negotiated reduced rates. In short, he handled the work and the worry for me. I carry Mr. Breiter's office number in my phone. If I ever again suffer the misfortune of an injury, in traffic or otherwise, his will be the first number I call.

Great lawyer, everything he told about the process was perfectly accurate!

I had no idea what the process of a lawsuit was, Brian made everything so simple and easy to understand. I asked him a million questions through the whole process, and he was always available. I could call him anytime, and he would always get back to me asap. He was very professional and courteous to... everyone involved. I will never use any other attorney, I will always use him for life!
