Great lawyer

I highly recommend Brian Breiter ...when I needed a lawyer for one of my relatives a few years ago, he promptly came to the rescue and helped me find someone locally that he recommended. Since then he is the guy I call for legal work. He is very straight forward and practical when trying to find so...lutions to complicated problems. In addition, He has a great sense of humor and keeps things light hearted. More recently I have requested his opinion several times regarding assorted legal matters and he seems to simplify things to expedite the process. If you get injured in a dept store Brian will get you through the process quickly and make sure you are taken care of. If I have a need for a lawyer again Brian is the person I will call...don't even hesitate if you need a lawyer, call Brian !

Great Car Accident lawyer

After browsing the top Los Angeles and Orange County lawyers who dealt with car accidents I chose Brian. I was involved in auto accident with a total loss to my car and bodily injuries. Brian fought to get the maximum insurance policies from all insurance companies. I'm very impressed with Brian's la...w office being organize with my paperwork. I never had to resend multiple times documentation that I sent before. My e-mails were always replied back with reasonable amount of time which is difficult to achieve with a lawyer of this caliber. Do yourself a favor and asked Brian what type of low-level paperwork you can complete by yourself so that you can free up his time on where he shines the best: negotiating policy limits and dealing with the insurance companies. My experience with Brian was no where near the horrors of other lawyers and large law firms who backlog your case until you're financially bankrupt. Thanks Brian, Mark and Rita for all the help.

Great, Honest lawyer

I was on my bicycle on my way home from work when I got in an accident. I ended up fracturing my clavicle. I lost the use of my right arm and couldn't work. On top of that I was in excruciating pain while waiting on the insurance company to contact me. I was scared and stressing out and I didn't know... where to start to get help. I called Brian and scheduled a meeting, spoke to him and he did an awesome job explaining what I need to do and what was going on and what might and might not happen. He relieved my stress and got me the medical help I really needed. He got me to see a great doctor that immediately treated my injury and gave me back the function of my arm. He also got the insurance company to pay out the maximum amount on the policy. He has been kind and generous and honest throughout this ordeal. He did more for me than any other lawyer would have and he gave me an honest detailed explanations of what was going on. Thank you Brian for everything you've done for me.

Dying Breed

I'll keep this short. If you'd like to read my long review on Brian, check on yelp. I thought about copy and pasting it, but he is more than worth two, separate, honest reviews. I'm not a fan of lawyers. I always think to myself, "you're so smart, you should have been an engineer, but you must li...ke money." I have gone through two horrible accidents with Brian on my side, and I did plenty of research, interviewed plenty of lawyers, and put a lot of thought into my situation before choosing him. All the lawyers I spoke to before choosing Brian possessed no empathy whatsoever. I could tell they simply wanted to case for monetary purposes, and even worse, attempted to conceal that by pretending to care about me. Truthfully, all I wanted was a lawyer who was all business, and said something along the lines of: "This is a good case. This is how you deserve to be compensated, this is my fee, and this is how I plan to earn it." I was not interested in forming a personal relationship with them, and I was certainly not interested in false empathy. Brian gave me exactly what I wanted. He was clear, concise, objective, and to-the point. But hidden behind all of this was an undeniable concern and care for other human beings. It sounds ridiculous...but this guy actually likes helping people. He is a family man, and I'm sure he likes making money like we all do, but I don't think that's his true motivation. After two cases with Brian, I can honestly say that this man likes his job, and enjoys helping people. He was extremely professional, but knew the right times to joke around with me. I never intentionally avoided his phone calls because he is a delight to talk to. He never spoke to me like he was reading from a script or "just doing his job." He treated me like a friend, and not in a superficial way. Brian Breiter IS what other lawyers want you to believe they are. He is an honest, hard-working family man with an awesome personality and I am so glad to have met him. take advantage of his services while you can, because men like him are a dying breed. I mean this with all of my heart.

Best Lawyer in the World !

My daughter was attending a concert and a well known performer threw his beer bottle into the audience which ended up hitting my daughter in the face and it broke her nose. Brian came highly recommended from my bosses attorney and it only took one phone call to know that we were in good hands. Brian ...sent her to the best plastic surgeon in the world who made my daughter ( and myself) feel very comfortable... not to mention his work was flawless! Throughout the entire process Brian and Mark kept us informed and were available to us at all times. We were never left in the dark about anything . Brian genuinely cared for my daughter and her well being. I can honestly say that he is the BEST and now he will come highly recommended from me anytime I hear that somebody needs an attorney. Brian is really a stand up guy who cares about his clients
