I was so thankful to have hired Brian Breiter as my lawyer, won my case and made me feel secure in his actions!

Brian Breiter was recommended to me by a colleague of mine based on his history of winning cases and good reputation. I had been hit by a drunk driver and I was told that he knew this area of law in Los Angeles very well and could help me. I had recently moved to LA and in-between health care provide...rs and without insurance, but Brian helped me receive the appropriate medical care I needed and was able to postpone payment on all until he won my case, thereby the defendant was forced to pay all of the fees. He made sure that I was aware of all procedures and movements made by the insurance companies and other lawyers involved in the case, making me feel secure and informed which was so important to me. Many lawyers make you feel that you are on their time even though it is your dime, but Brian was very patient and friendly with me throughout. Plus he has a great in-court presence- very intimidating to the other side! Needless to say he won my case and proved himself to be a strong and formidable lawyer in my eyes. I highly recommend him.

Knows his business well

I am the son of two corporate lawyers and a consumate skeptic. Brian was optomistic but realistic in his evaluation of my case, was persistent but patient, and ended up reaching a settlement that surpassed my expectations. He was easy to work with and well organized. I highly recommend his services.

A Tiger

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Breiter on several occasions over the past 7 years. The first such was personal injury case. My former attorney had advised me to drop any thoughts of a suit against the theater where the accident happened. I spoke with Mr. Breiter, who took the case, a...nd, eventually, we achieved a settlement that included enough for all of my medical bills, as well as many damages. In my experience, Mr. Breiter is an ethical, intelligent, relentless attorney, who, nevertheless, approaches things with good humor. He, at all times, treated me with respect, and has certainly earned mine. I have recommended him to several of my friends and associates, all of whom have achieved good results, and I can not recommend him highly enough to you.

Professional and Smart !!

Brian handle my case for my best interested and always made me aware and explain the process and step we were taking. I admire his patience and knowledge. I would recommend Brian to all my friends and family.

Scott Lincoln

Brian resolved my car accident lawsuit very efficiently and with great results. My injuries were very painful, but the lawsuit wasn't, and if you've ever been involved in litigation, you know how painful it can be.
