Review for Brian J Breiter, Attorney At Law

I acknowledge that a deck of cards isn’t always fair. It can simply be the luck of the draw. I unfortunately suffered after a horrible car accident. My quick reflexes most likely along with my well-built car saved my life. I was unfortunately hit by a 23 year old who had fallen asleep at the whee...l while being drunk and convicted of his second DUI. He was traveling at very high speeds at what I assumed to be over 80 miles an hour out of an alley plowing into my driver’s side of my car while off to pick up some frozen yogurt with my wife at the time. We were hit hard; the car was an absolute wreck. The accident was horrendous as imagined and on the local news. My only thoughts at the time were the fight or flight reactions, to ensure my screaming wife was safe and then to see if the guy who hit us would survive as I thought he would soon drown due to the gushing 40 foot fire hydrant that was engulfing over us. The driver was unconscious, his car was upside-down as he had driven inside a home. I’m unsure how many times we had spun, and w/o going into all the emotions and what I recall to this date I was taken away on a stretcher due to neck pains. This tough, thick skinned guy who has never called out sick in his 22 year professional career went to work to run his kitchen the following morning and later learned he had a 6 mm herniated disc that needed to either be fused or replaced with an artificial disc. We took legal action, and at first thought hope was thin as our current insurance wasn’t at the level we had wanted, and the driver was thought to be illegal and uninsured. We hired an attorney that was referred by a fellow family acquaintance that helped start the legal process. Within the first few weeks I was under so much stress I thought I was having a heart attack and rushed to the emergency room. Life was challenging, I was under so much stress and tired and regrettably agreed to end a marriage that I will always regret not suffering through more and taking each other back. Soon after a long time friend and well respected peer recommended that I change to his personal attorney for stronger legal representation. I undertook an artificial disc replacement surgery, following a second spine surgery and learning I had a fractured scaphoid in my left wrist and a tear in my right shoulder that also needed surgeries. My new attorney became ill and had developed lung cancer and unfortunately passed away within 6 weeks of learning of his disease. I then fell into another attorneys care as I had no choice and my previous attorney’s office needed to start my litigation with an attorney to represent my case. Things became very unorganized, and as we became close to trial I was feeling very frustrated as my new my attorney wasn’t leading me to the direction I needed him to achieve. I needed an attorney that was a fighter, an attorney with a rock star reputation that wouldn’t take no for an answer and believed in his clients. I was so fed up with my 3rd attorney as we were not prepared for mediation and poorly prepared for trail. My attorney didn’t have the experience to take on the reigns and was simply setting my case up for settlement w/o taking the necessary steps to showcase how strong my case was. This is not acceptable for my life, and many others would have simply stayed on with him. He would have accepted a minimal settlement to ensure he didn’t have to tackle on expenses with building my case. I then seeked new council. I spoke to all my doctors who are respected and considered the very best in their field. With the help and recommendation of my doctors and luckily a close friend I found Brian Breiter as the legal counsel that I seeked. I had considered others that had won multi million dollar settlements. Ultimately I made my decision based on Brian Breiter’s overwhelmingly large number of personal reviews. This is not the norm for clients to make

Great lawyer and has best interest in mind

I came to Brian looking for help. I was going through a lot of pain and suffering at the time. He immediately referred me to doctors to seek treatment. They are all so courteous and professional at his office, they really make u feel like a friend and comfortable. I just felt like a whole weight was ...lifted off my shoulders. If I wanted to they would even schedule doctor appointments for me. That was a great relief for me and a good feeling to have a peace of mind knowing that someone is caring for you. They look for your best interest but most importantly in seeking the best help for you. They are exceptional! Brian Breiter and Jeff Towmey are a great team!

Great Lawyer

I was in an accident a little over a year ago and i found Brian online after reading many reviews on several lawyers. I had never been in a serious accident so i had no idea what steps to take. Luckily i found Brian online and was able to get an appointment very quickly. From the moment i stepped th...e office everyone was kind and professional. We sat down and talked through the whole process. Then we went over possible outcomes and what steps he would take to insure the best judgement for me. I highly recommend Brian and his team. He cares about each of his clients and helps every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome. Big thanks Brian!

Genuine and Humble

Words alone cannot express my appreciation for what the Law Offices of Brian Breiter has done for our family. About 29 months ago, on a late Friday night my parents were involved in a DWI accident which turned my world upside down. My parents were coming home after work around 11pm. When they were ...exiting the 10 freeway they were hit broadside by a drunk driver who failed to yield while merging onto the freeway. The drunk driver and his passenger left my parents there for dead and fled the scene only to be arrested a few hours later. While my father managed to somehow survive, my mother passed shortly after the impact of the accident. My two brothers and I were a complete mess and had no idea what to do or where to start. From grieving the loss of a mother, having a father in ICU for over a month fighting for his life, planning a funeral, dealing with law enforcement, and trying to run the family business, reaching out to personal injury lawyers was turning out to be more frustrating than I had expected it to be. However, lawyers Brain Breiter and Mark Rubashkin from Law Offices of Brian Breiter changed the dynamics of our entire situation. I still remember our first conversation over the phone, Brian spent over an hour just listening to my story, knowing exactly what I was feeling and going through. His genuine nature of caring for others was evident as he felt like a lifelong friend instead of a lawyer I just reached out to. He went on to calm me down and explained to me the importance of prioritizing what and who I worry about. That right now, I needed to take care of my family members (who are also grieving) and most importantly my own health. Everything else we can talk about later because we have plenty of time. Anybody can do a good deed and call themselves a good human but Brian and his partners, did more than just talk. I still remember when Brian told me that all the money in the world doesn’t replace what I had lost the other night, and that my family has already lost so much. He expressed their commitment and support by taking on the case pro-bono unless they recovered over $250K for my family. Despite the fact that the offender was worth nothing, Brian and his team did not give up and spent 18 months building an amazing case. Money-hungry professionals are everywhere nowadays and in the times where for most people, quality of service doesn’t matter, Brian and his team are here to help those in need at their darkest hour. They are not only thorough professionals but I am confident they are also some of the humblest people I have or ever will meet. I am truly grateful to call Brian and his partners my friends. Thank you for helping my family again and again.
