Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Easy, painless and efficient
Yaniv was a pleasure to work with. Just went through a divorce filing with them and the entire process was completely smooth and painless. They are very good at communication and status updates. Oh, and not a big dent on the wallet either. Definitely recommended.

Courteous, efficient and affordable.

I filed for divorce in 2015 and my case was a bit complicated but Daniel helped me with everything and I received my divorce certificate a couple of moths ago. He was extremely helpful and did a very good job. I would like to recommend.
