Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Took way longer than the 30 days I assumed I paid for.
After detailed consultation, I decided to use this firm for a speedy divorce. I was told that they had a 30 day expedited process at an additional charge of $250. I paid the extra and sent in the paperwork that was to be notarized. After that, I was then told that 30 days means 30 business days.I sta...

According to our records you retained our services (expedited) on 9/11/2014 and we sent your documents to you on 9/12/2014. We, in turn, received your executed documents on 9/29/2014 and your completed file was submitted to the court that same week. Your divorce was finalized on 10/20/2014. This was less than 30 days from the date we receive your executed documents. Please note that our expedited process requires 30 calendar-days (rather than business days) from the date we receive your signed and notarized documents.
