Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Daniel was my lawyer for my uncontested divorce
I filed for divorce about a year ago the process was simple and quick after a few phone calls and emails my divorce was in process and they helped and answered all my questions. The divorce was quick as well I truly appreciate their help
