Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

very easy process
Divorce went well, took a little longer than anticipated although that was due to the courts. Would recommend this firm to anyone looking for an uncontested divorce lawyer.

WHAT A GREAT FIRM
SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS IS MY THIRD DIVORCE. THE FIRST TWO COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! THIS DIVORCE COST AROUND $800.00 TOTAL INCLUDING COURT COSTS. THE CASE WAS HANDELED EASILY AND WITH A GREAT AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE AND THROUGHNESS! THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTION I HAD. WHAT A PLEASURE!!!
