Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Easiest thing I've ever done!
This was by far the easiest thing I've ever done. The staff is great and sent me updates as promised. If you are on the fence about doing this online I say go for it! Well worth every penny and much cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you!!

For a straight forward process, this is the way to go.
They were very helpful in the process. My ex and I agreed primarily to the details and sent them a copy of our agreed terms. They put it into their legal-eeze and sent it back to us.
