Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Yaniv and associates was very helpful
My divorce was handled efficiently, and I got it more quickly than any of my divorced friends and acquaintances. The staff was pleasant and knowledgable.

lawyer yaniv is such an awesome lawyer
prior to contacting the offices of lawyer yaniv,i had called about 5 different lawyers,some of them sound very rude.the nicer once were very expensive. when i contacted the offices of lawyer daniel,they were very nice and concern about my situation,most importantly it was very affordable..they handle...

I would definitely recommend Yaniv and Associates to anyone requiring an uncontested divorce. The process was quick, painless, and stress free. My divorce was finalized in 4 weeks. If I need legal council in the future, I will certainly call them.

Daniel Yaniv Help me get my divorce not only did have to track my ex he had served as soon as possible. He was located in a different state . Then he took action on him get to signed the necessary papers .We went to court and all was done with a timely fashion .
