Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Services was efficient and effective but too much delays
Good lawyer, gets the job done but the delays was too much and wasn’t explained from the start. The communication wasn’t good. He responds to emails but attempts to speak to him on call was near impossible. Felt like I was being brushed off at a point. Overall service was good.

Second, with regard to communications, we pride ourselves on an extremely quick response rate so please let us know where we fell short. In regard to delays, your divorce was completed in less than 2 months - this is relatively quick, especially in a case, such as yours, where your spouse was not cooperating or signing the documents. While we wish things would always work out smoothly we, unfortunately, cannot control issues such as uncooperative parties which necessitate additional time-consuming steps. I hope this clarifies any confusion regarding the process and we are always happy to discuss any issues you may have experienced. I'm divorced :)
I was referred to this agency for an uncontested divorce. They have a flat fee rate to get the job done. Then were efficient, answered my questions, followed up from my emails and I paid an additional fee for an expedited divorce, which would be 60-90 days from day of signatures. Mine was done in und...
