Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

my experience with Yaniv and associates with my divorce.
a divorce is never an easy thing but, Yaniv and associates made it pretty painless. It did take longer then expected because they did not receive an important document i sent them (which i found impossible as i never received it back with a clearly written return address written) but, i have to say...

Fast and Easy!
My divorce process was made so easy. I didnt have to go to court. My attorney kept me up to date throughout the process. It was affordable and worth it. I would recommend this firm to anyone thats wants a quick and easy divorce. Thanks Yaniv!
