Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Uncontested divorce
I highly recommend the office Daniel Yaniv. I find them online and sent an email, they replied to me in record of time and handled my divorce case. I got all the paper work and notary via link and paid for expedited service and I was able to get in less than 2 months.
