Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

The staff at Yaniv and associates were very helpful In assisting me with my divorce. I would certainly recommend them as a very helpful firm as far as a divorce is concerned .

Fast divorce
30 days or even less it took my divorce to be finalized....couldn't ve been happier...I needed a fast divorce an i got it...without troubles, headaches or phone calls. Just send your documents and pay to Yaniv and they will take care of the rest. Good job!
