Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Affordable, easy and fast
First tried Legal Zoom for 299. I was sent a packet with at least 50 pages of forms and instructions that required a lot of leg work to complete. I found Yaniv & Associates on the internent simply because i tried to save money and not to pay to my previous lawyer more than $1000 just for using his service while not goverment's fee is included.
