When I found out that that same sex marriage had become legal in the state of NY you would think I would have been thrilled. I had been seperated from my partner for over 3 years and now I had to deal with a divorce. I went to someone in my area and he wanted to charge me $5,000 and give my ex 1 year... to vacate the home. That is something I did not want to do and there is no way i could afford $5,000. I found Daniel Yaniv by googling "cheap divorce". He not only called me that day but kept me informed every step of the way. Not only was his firm affordable they showed compassion for a very difficult situation.

I didn't even know where to begin when I called Yaniv & Associates. My initial phone conversation with them was more then welcoming. They asked me several questions and never once pressured me into using their services, by the end of the call we were on our way to the first steps of my future! The p...rocess was very easy to follow and all my questions were answered upfront and explained to where I understood them. Every time I called with an additional question I got a response very quickly. As soon as all parties involved returned the required paper work it was only a matter a few days when I had my judgement. The services were also very affordable in my opinion and it saved me a ton of time and headaches. I would highly recommend their services!

Everything was also done in the timeframe that they quoted me as well. Once I had everything done on my part, the divorce was finalized in the 4-5 months initially quoted. They handled the serving of my former spouse, filings with the court and everything else. They handled the child support order and the visitation set up for my child as well. All I did was provide the necessary information and it was done. I never had to go to court or anything! Truly no muss, no fuss. Not only have I recommended Yaniv and Associates to my friends and family, but I truly recommend their services to anyone reading this. They went above and beyond for me in a low point in my life and I have no complaints about this firm. They did everything, and more, they said they were going to do and got me everything I wanted in this situation and they could not have done a better job.
