Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Quick and Easy
This lawyer made our divorce quick and painless. We didn't have to make appearances to court and everything was done by phone, mail or email.

he did great job just in 4 weeks. everything went really smooth and we have done everything through e-mail. you don't have to go any office or you don't have to see anybody. simple as one two three.
