Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Good Lawyer
it took forever to get my uncontested divorce done and I had to pay the court fees twice. At the end what they advised year later should be said and done at the beginning, but divorce is finalized so I am happy!

Replied last February 04, 2014Thank you for your feedback. While we strive to offer the fastest service in the industry - most NYC counties are experiencing severe backlogs exceeding 6 months. These backlogs are beyond our control. Our expedited services were not available when you initially started your divorce but are now available state-wide and uncontested divorces can now be finalized in under 30 days.

I was always kept updated about my case info and the process was really made so easy! My questions were always answered promptly and directly. Once they received all my paperwork, even with the holiday season, my divorce was final in just 6 weeks.
