Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Smooth process
Hired Daniel to handle an uncontested divorce. It was taken care of expeditiously and I was always well informed of the status. I would definitely highly recommend him to anyway looking for this kind of service.

Expedited Divorce
I was granted a divorce with almost no work on my part. I simply signed the documents that were emailed to me, mailed them in, and received an email stating my divorce had been granted within 4 weeks. If you have a 'no fault' divorce and wish to expedite the process, I'd recommend Yaniv.
