Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Helpful, friendly, quick to respond
The agency is very quick to respond to emails and to process paperwork, at a good price. They did not follow up with the court as to the status of my paperwork, but were very apologetic and worked to resolve the issue quickly once discovered. I would work with them again if there was a need.

Wowed by Time!!
I tried filing for divorce myself but it turned into a mess. Someone recommended Daniel as a trustworthy, no nonsense lawyer. They stated how easy it was, and also how affordable. I decided to do it.
