Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Quick efficient and professional in Uncontested Divorce
Initially, I was hesitating to call Yaniv and associates. I had changed 2 lawyer previously. So eventually I had worst experience about lawyer. It sounded too good to be true to complete uncontested divorce within 30 days. Daniel was very assuring and professional. Eventhough my divorce took 45 days ...
