Mr. Haber stepped in at a point where I had spent the whole of 2022 and 2023 waiting for justice and freedom to move on from a case where I was the victim. He made sure my case as a victim was resolved at my satisfaction whilst simultaneously helping resolve a case where I was the defendant... I a...m eternally grateful to this man who treated me with respect and like a sister at a time when previous lawyer and prosecution had failed me as a victim. I believe the prosecution succeeded in showing me how weak the US criminal justice system is in this case and how pointless it can be to seek justice post crime. Prosecution takes long and is painful unless you report a crime fresh - and many women do not do this. I had been deserted by my previous lawyer that had, amongst other mistakes, missed emails from prosecution but did a great job getting an arrest made of the perpetrator initially. Beyond the arrest I was asked for money by previous lawyer to help with case post-arrest but was never represented after an arrest had been made; as technically victims do not need representation. This had been misleading and left me completely alone in the process, where I still wanted insight and support in understanding the process. I have no family in US and was alone at the time. It was at that point Michael Haber stepped in and made miracles happen. He helped explain what had happened to the case and where it was going, and ending. He explained every question mark I had been walking around with that previous lawyer and prosecution had refused to help me with as they treated me, the victim, as a burden. Lastly, in the midst of this chaotic case my mental health deteriorated and I managed to get myself an arrest whilst driving with a larger amount of cannabis from Miami to Key west, whilst only speeding few miles over speed limit. Michael agreed to take on my new felony case where I was the defendant. Mind you, I don't have a record anywhere in the world and was only distraught and attracting problems. In 2020, at age 17, I was pulled over and cited for Running a Stop Sign (an infraction) and Knowingly Driving on a Suspended License (a criminal traffic offense). I was going through a rough time and failed to deal with the citations in a time, a Bench Warrant and a Driver License suspension were i...ssued by the Court. i moved out of Miami and attempted to deal with the issue by myself by getting the criminal traffic case reset for Court and paying the infraction. By paying the infraction i was convicted and received points and, unfortunately, when i once again failed to appear on the DWLS case another Warrant issued. Now in 2024 I became a more mature and responsible young man who wanted to clear my name and secure a valid license, I wisely went to my father for help. my dad knew Mike and called and asked me to help me. Mike then researched the procedural history of your case and immediately filed a Motion to Set-Aside the Bench Warrant. Within a matter of a few days that was accomplished. the warrant was vacated) and Mike secured a 60 day extension of time so as to afford me an opportunity to secure a valid Driver License. Mike, then filed a Motion to Vacate the Conviction in the infraction case (so as to remove the points from my driver history) , provide you with the information that i needed to secure a valid DL and tasked me with doping the same, which i accomplished in a matter of about 2 weeks time. Once i provided Mike with my valid DL Mike filed a Notice of Compliance and set the matter for hearing. Before hearing on the criminal traffic case occurred the infraction Motion was heard, successfully litigated and the points were removed from my record. Today the criminal traffic case was heard and the State dismissed the charge, leaving me and your driver history righteous and giving me a new start without a criminal record. was arrested for DUI and needed to find a lawyer. I found many lawyers on the internet and talked to some on the phone. Some of these conversations were short and some were long, but no one gave me the confidence I wanted until I found Michael Haber, the lawyer with the most reviews and the best thin...gs written about him. We talked on the phone for about 75 minutes and at the end of the conversation I knew he was my lawyer. Mr. Michael explained the events, processes, facts and possible events in an understandable, simple and beautiful language. He talked about facts instead of selling me dreams. I am grateful to him for all he did and can not thank him enough for all his help and support. I am sure that I would have been in a much more trouble if I had not met him. He was at all times available to me by phone & email and never leaving me hanging. He always promptly replied and was available to me, even on nights and weekends. Even on weekends I received answers in a surprisingly short time (15 minutes to 2 hours). I received answers at 7-9am for e-mails I sent at 3-4am and the answers I received were descriptive, detailed, complete and covered all my questions. Mr. Michael's performance was extraordinary. Mr. Michael taught me how to get the best service at the best price. He made me say countless times during this fearful, anxious and uncertain DUI process "wow, what a lawyer. What lawyers there are in the world!!!”. And after such a troubling and difficult process, I can wholeheartedly admit the following truth: Michael Adam Haber is a legend who wrote the book on DUI law. He is more than a DUI lawyer. Of course, my problem was DUI, so I talked about just this subject. But when I think of Mr. Michael as a lawyer in general, he is out of this world as a lawyer. He is giving you more and more and more than you pay him.
