Illegal Arrest+
I planned on handling an FTA case on my own before moving out of state, but the PD arrested me first, and they did it in an illegal manner. I brought this to Jason's attention during the consultation and he gave me more information than I thought I would want or need, but it was all extremely helpful...

Replied last October 31, 2025Not sure why this didn't receive 5 stars, but it is what it is. We fought hard to get this case dismissed and we did just that. Client was constantly updated on the status of the case and after we moved for dismissal, the case was promptly dismissed and this young man was able to get on with his life. As always, it is our pleasure to get great results for our clients, even for those who are apparently impossible to please.
