Case Dismissed!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Kohn. In May of 2012 my college son visited Atlanta for a vacation and while there was charged with an alcohol related offense. Upon his return home to Michigan we really didn’t know what we should do to take care of this without making trips back to ...Atlanta. Both my son and I wanted to be responsible and take care of this. My son searched and found Mr. Kohn and we hired him. That was the best thing we could have ever done! Once he took the case I as a mother could relax and my son felt like he has someone to help him through this. Mr. Kohn was able to take care of his case without my son having to return back which saved additional expense and he could continue with his summer studies at college. He was prompt, caring and very courteous the entire time. We were delighted that in the end he was able to get the case dismissed! This could have been an awful experience and extremely costly without the help of Mr. Kohn. I am a professional in the Health Care system and deal with a variety of professional individuals, I would without a doubt recommend Mr. Kohn you will not be disappointed.

Best legal representation ever...

Lawrence Kohn took my case and hit the ground runing. He filed all the nessesary motions over the period of a couple of years and when the case came to trial he got the charges reduced from DUI to falure to maintain lane meaning that there would be no DUI on my record. I would reccommend Mr. Kohn to ...anyone who is looking for skilled and determined legal representation.

Excellent! We need more people like Larry Kohn!

Larry dealt with my case 6 years ago and still to this day gets back to me immediately if I need anything. You don't have to go days on end waiting to hear back from him, he's on it! In addition, the people in his office are incredibly helpful at all times. I have, and will continue to, highly rec...ommend him to everybody. I think what also makes a huge difference when you are going through something like this, is that he is a very real human being working along side you.

No One Better than Larry Kohn!

At our initial meeting he told me right up front that my case was different than an "average" DUI case and that it would be a challenge. From the beginning he was straight forward. He told me what I was up against without sugar coating it. While still in his office he went straight to work on my ...case making phone calls and letting me know what I needed to do to help him. When I left his office that day I knew that I had hired the right person to help me get past the most difficult issue that I had been dealt. I was facing jail time, loss of my job, a job that I had only 2.5 years left in untill I could retire! I was also at risk of a possible loss of some if not all of my pension that I had worked hard for the past 27+ years. Needless to say I had a lot riding on the out come of my case. Mr. Kohn Never failed to return a phone call, email or text. Most were returned within a few minutes giving me the feeling that he was working on my case and my case alone which I know isnt true but it gave me a good feeling nonetheless. He kept me up to date on how things were going. What he had done and what I needed to do. Without a doubt I always felt informed. When it was all said and done, Mr Kohn was able to work out a plea that was very much in my favor. I didnt go to jail and I still have my job. I am forever grateful for what Mr. Kohn did for me.

A superb lawyer who gets phenomenal results!

Mr. Kohn represented me in 2004. I was charged with my 2nd DUI, Fleeing/Evading/Eluding, Reckless Driving, Too Fast for Conditions, Open Container, and Disorderly Conduct. I was looking at 18 months in jail, 5 years without a license, being a habitual violator, a felon, and having to pay a VERY hef...ty fine. Lawrence saw my case as a challenge and invested an extraordinary amount of time and effort into my situation. He was honest and forthright throughout the entire process. I believe wholeheartedly that it was though his constant hard work and attention to detail that I was able to achieve the outcome that I did. Many of the charges were either merged or dropped and as a result, I spent very little time in jail. Because of Lawrence I am not a felon. A mistake that I made almost a decade ago will not haunt me for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Lawrence Kohn to anyone needing a DUI defense lawyer.
