DUI lesssafe & refusal & stop sign violation DROPPED

Walking out of the court today, I still could not believe what just happened: Larry got my 3 charges: DUI less safe & refusal & stop sign violation dropped and reduced to just reckless driving with NO PROBATION and NO LICENSE SUSPENSION. Yes, Larry saved me. Being an international senior college s...tudent, I could not be more desperate when I was arrested for DUI. A DUI conviction could severely jeopardize my future job application and immigration status. My uncle referred Larry, the lawyer he went to a long time ago, to me. After sitting down with Larry, he clearly analyzed the whole situation, debriefed the possible consequences and instructed a few things for me to do, which was a fabulous decision--My license was secured, and by completing the required lessons and evaluation ahead of time, I avoided the probation. Georgia is one of the states having the strictest laws about DUI. However with Larry helping me preparing for the court and negotiating with the prosecutor (he is also very experienced at it. He knows so many judges and prosecutors in GA, even including the police officer who arrested me), we got the best outcome we could ever imagine. Larry is not only very professional and knowledgeable of his job, but also very reliable and warm. He replied my message and calls back very timely even in holidays and weekends. If you have a similar situation to mine, I would recommend Larry with absolutely zero reservation.

Larry Kohn - Powerful Defense Attorney!!!

I received a Christmas Miracle December 18th. Larry represented me for my 2nd in 5yr DUI, as I faced one of the the toughest judges in Fulton County. In her entire 20 years of being a judge she had only made an exception 3 times not to sentence a person to jail time for a DUI. Over the past 2 1/2 yea...rs, Larry thoroughly prepared me for the worst case scenario and was proactive in making sure there would be no road-blocks (keeping my driving privileges) to moving on to my normal routines once this mess was behind me. I made a conscious effort to follow-thru will everyting Larry instructed me to do. As the days grew closer to my court date I became overcomed with depression and anxiety. Contemplating having to possibily spend Christmas, or any time for that matter in jail, has been mentally exahusting. Needless to say, the judge did not sentence me to any jail time and commended me on all I had accomplished towards helping myself prior to my court date. I was one the three exceptions in her 20 years on the bench. In addition, Larry made sure that I would be eligible to immediately reinstate my license with no suspension. The judge complemented Larry on having me to do all what he instructed me to do. She was especially impressed with how he was able to avoid my license being suspended. It was evident she had never seen this happen before. I am grateful and relieved the judge made the decision she did. I am truly blessed to have crossed paths with Larry back in July 2013, while appearing for my 1st court appearance for this case. My story is a true "Christmas Miracle". Larry Khon, is the greatest defense attorney in Atlanta.

DUI- DISMISSED!!! Excellent Attorney = Larry Kohn

After 2.5 years I can finally sleep easy. Larry Kohn got my DUI case dismissed. This was a roadblock case by trooper - extremely difficult case to navigate given the circumstances. Took part of all the preliminary tests - field sobriety tests, breathalyzers... arrested. I am confident that withou...t Larry Kohn this outcome would not have occurred. Larry not only has a great reputation in the court room but also is equipped with extensive knowledge about your rights and how to get you the best possible outcome. Not once did Larry leave me out of the loop. Everything was explained to me in detail. Larry goes above and beyond. These cases are extremely stressful and the only thing that eased my stress during these 2 very long years is remembering that i am in great hands. Trust in Larry and this will pass! Hiring Larry to represent me was the best decision I could have made.
