Dedicated, Determined, Savvy

When the judge tells you that, "You should be thankful, you have an excellent lawyer", then you just might understand how effective Larry is for his clients. Throughout my ordeal, Larry was supportive, encouraging and direct. His knowledge and expertise, his work, provided the best possible outcome... for my situation. Larry is not only an excellent lawyer, he is also a damn good person.

Multiple charges due to alcohol abuse were dismissed with a treatment program and community service

I woke up in jail recently after drinking too much and blacking out. After sobering up, I was transferred to another jail as I had two misdemeanors and one felony charge. Using my one phone call I asked my brother to find an attorney. Thankfully he hired Larry for a consultation to come talk with me... at the jail. After speaking with Larry, he was very knowledgable, so I decided to hire Larry to represent me. Larry was at my bond trial in the jail and ensured that I received a signature bond and was released after the jail finished processing. Since the charges were associated with alcohol, Larry referred me to a recovery center where I was evaluated and placed on a voluntary treatment plan during my pre-trial. I followed the plan which included chemical dependency group sessions, AA meetings, and random drug screens. Due to the county I had the charges in, the pre-trial process was quite lengthy, but Larry kept me informed of any upcoming court dates or developments with my case. We had several court dates and while in the courtroom I could tell Larry was very skilled and was determined to help get my case dismissed if possible. Partially due to my progress with the recovery program and Larry's capabilities, he was able to negotiate with the state to dismiss the case as long as I finished the recovery treatment program and completed community service. I could not be more pleased with the result Larry was able to produce. Larry is very talented at his job and provides valuable guidance and support. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing a DUI or any other charges in Georgia.

Great lawyer

I hired him to remove a traffic ticket off my record..I had a limited permit and was not aware that i could not recieve any moving violations..with in two weeks he had me back in court and had the traffic ticket reversed and i had my liscense back..

Eyes Wide Open

No parent expects to hear about their child being pulled over due to speeding another state, well.....it happened to me. I panicked at first and began search the internet for a lawyer. Not knowing how this situation would , I read a few reviews about Mr. Kohn. Not knowing much but what I've read, gav...e me some hope. It was after hours when call was placed. I left contact info and his staff phoned right back. I stated my concern and thoughts. Right then, my prayers were answered. Later find that there was more the case, it costed me sleepless nights and anger. Needless say....again Mr. Kohn and his staff was right there. I've never felt comfortable at explaining situation and being assured that his work was to be done to help me. Knowing that other clients needed his help well. I still felt like my case was the only case cared about. Like....we were put first. That what I Love about his firm and staff. In any case situation..Mr. Kohn is my "go to". I pray that this will be the only case he took care of for me, but you never know. Thank so much Mr. Kohn. I'll refer anyone that needs help you. Expensive....not at all . Couldn't have asked for better representation!

Mr. Kohn is the best. After I got a speeding ticket for 25+ over the speed limit my mom called Mr. Kohn. The best I thought he could do was help me keep my license and perhaps getting points. But he can work miracles. He suggested I do several things including classes prior to my court date and when ...the day came I actually walked out of there without having to go before the judge. Mr. Kohn had resolved my ticket it as though it had never happened. He is the best - and will fight for you. Well worth the money!
