Downright the best!

I knew upon first meeting with Mr. Kohn that I would hire him to represent me in my DUI case. He was very well versed with my particular circumstances regarding my career and had a plan in place when we walked in. He was the 3rd Lawyer that I had interviewed that day and it was an easy choice to make.... Mr. Kohn was easy to get a hold of and was able to answer every question I had. He was well prepared and I got the absolute best possible outcome that I could have possibly hoped for. Just know that you can trust his experience and listen to what he says.

When you need the best, hire the best

As a professional I knew I needed an excellent attorney to help me keep a very bad decision from becoming the worst one of my life. I called Larry. He made the time to meet with me on a weekend morning to discuss and review my case. When I left the meeting, I knew exactly what I needed to do to help ...my defense - because Larry gave me explicit, clear direction - and what Larry was going to do to defend me - because he walked me through the sequence the defense. I was informed, calm and confident. During the representation, Larry was accessible and responsive. When I had questions not only did I receive a prompt response, I got an honest, straight-forward, knowledgeable answer. Ultimately, Larry negotiated a very favorable (and fair, given the circumstances) resolution. I recommend Larry Kohn without qualification or reservation. When you need the best, hire the best.

Highly recommend Larry. He's the best

I'd been arrested and charged with a DUI one afternoon when I'd had too many drinks at a bar and decided to try to sleep it off in my car parked in the bar's parking lot. It was a hot day so I started the car to run the air conditioner while I napped. I never put the car in gear, never released the p...arking brake, and the car never moved an inch, yet I was still facing a DUI. I was in deep trouble even though I had recognized my intoxicated state and tried to do the right thing. I hired Larry to represent me in the case, and it was the best decision I've ever made. This was my first DUI and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. Larry helped me every step of the way. He had experience with a few of his previous clients that were charged under similar circumstances, and he was certain that I shouldn't have been charged either. He was always available for a phone call or text message whenever I had a question about my case, and I appreciated his straightforward, no-nonsense advice. When it was time for my day in court, Larry was fantastic and I was so glad to have him in my corner. He was extremely well prepared and his arguments were supported by thorough research. Instead of getting railroaded by an inexperienced arresting officer and an overzealous prosecuting attorney, I was found not guilty. I was so relieved and so happy to put the whole situation behind me. If I had chosen a public defender I would have ended up with a DUI on my record and I would've suffered a lot of punishment that I simply didn't deserve. I highly recommend Larry Kohn to anyone with a DUI charge looking for legal representation in the Atlanta area.

Best DUI Lawyer Ever!

A DUI charge was my first experience with the legal system in Georgia and it was traumatic. I was humiliated and terrified that I had ruined my life and my career. I called Larry's answering service on a Sunday and within ten minutes, I received a personal call from him. He calmed me down and reas...sured me that all was not lost. I met with him the next day and after we reviewed my case, determined our best course of action- 1) keep my license 2) keep the DUI off my record. He even moved up my court case to end the nightmare as quickly as possible for me. He literally held my hand through the entire ordeal. Don't kid yourself- there is no easy fix in this type of scenario, but Larry got me the best outcome based on my situation. My DUI- less safe was reduced to Reckless Driving and I didn't lose my license for a year. I would highly recommend Larry Kohn. In fact, he is the ONLY lawyer I would ever recommend. Period.

Professional and Capable

Mr. Kohn represented my son when he got in trouble over a fight. He had a lot of expertise and knowledge on these types of cases. Not only did he do a great job in handling the case, he was able to put us at ease by explaining everything and making us confident that he could deliver the types of resu...lts he said were possible. That was very important, as it was a stressful situation for our family.
