Couldn’t Ask for Better

I literally just came back from a DUI hearing where Mr. Kohn represented me. I was arrested for a DUI in March and seriously felt like my world was over. I was visiting Alpharetta from out of state for job training from a recent promotion. I procrastinated on hiring an attorney and when I finally mad...e the decision to contact Larry, he was able to move my hearing to a later date. He worked my case immediately and he is EXTREMELY responsive to calls/texts. I am happy to say that my DUI charge was reduced to a reckless driving because Mr. Kohn fought for me. If you ever find yourself in this situation, I really encourage you to hire Larry as your attorney. None of this is fun or easy but Larry makes it bearable and has your best interest in mind. Larry, from the bottom of my heart- thank you for everything! My husband and I are eternally grateful!

Knowledgeable DUI Attorney

I had two DUI cases that were bound over together to the Georgia State Court. The first case we plead guilty to b/c I was guilty and didn't have much of a case to fight. The second I didn't drive the car drunk, I wasn't guilty, and so we fought with a trial. There wasn't probable cause to prove I was... guilty of driving a vehicle while intoxicated. Larry was extremely prepared for the case and fought to have the second case thrown out before it made it to a jury trial. He had to cross examine the police officer and the judge sided with us. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone needing adequate representation.

Attentive and

Larry was wonderfully attentive throughout the entire process answering all my questions and explaining everything in great detail including expected outcomes of multiple What-if scenarios. My particular DUI case had multiple complications including me living in another state and Larry was able to p...revent my license from being suspended while he worked on the case. In the end, Larry was able to get my case dsmissed by looking at the Probable Cause for the initial traffic stop. All of that being said, the best part was Larry cared. When I first called him I thought my life was over, he was able to walk me back from thinking this was a life ending charge and went through worst case scenarios. He really went above and beyond in every way and I cannot thank him enough.

The Best DUI Attorney

After being arrested for DUI, I immediately met with several different attorney’s that had been referred to me. After meeting with Mr. Kohn the choice was clear on who I wanted to represent me. So clear that I cancelled meetings that I had with additional attorney’s that I already had appointments ...with. Mr. Kohn gave me the guidance that I was so eagerly looking for. He laid everything out for me and guided me through the process. He tailored a treatment plan for me that not only helped for the outcome of the case but has become a new way of life for me. He was always available for any questions that I had along the way. Mr. Kohn truly cares about the well being of his clients and always has their best interests in mind.
