Disorderly conduct

Larry is an unbelievable attorney. He was extremely positive and supporting from the first time I talked to him until my case was resolved. I would recommend Larry Kohn to anyone looking for a lawyer and I would absolutely go back to him should I ever need a lawyer again. From the beginning our only ...goal was to get my charges dropped and he did exactly that for me. To top it off we had never met in person until one day in the Washington Reagan Airport I heard a familiar voice from our phone calls and it’s none other than Larry himself on the phone talking to another client. I of course introduced myself and couldn’t believe out of all the places in the world that’s where we would end up meeting each other. Thanks again Larry and all of your staff!

Criminal Defense is Only the Start

I was arrested for possessing and distributing a significant amount of marijuana and marijuana based candy products while in possession of several firearms. After experiencing one of the worst days in my life in the Fulton County jail, I needed representation to ensure I would never return to the pen...al system. I was referred to Larry Kohn and that was the best decision I could have made. From the time we had our initial consultation, I knew I had retained the best lawyer available for my defense. First thing Larry did was get my mind at ease. He was completely professional, honest, and informative in his analysis of my case. His game plan dictated going through an 18 month treatment plan incorporating drug/alcohol rehabilitation group therapy and attendance in an NA program. Not only did the treatment program become part of my legal defense strategy, it also provided a fresh start from a mental and physiological standpoint for me personally. After a quick turnaround, we were ready to go to trial with a defined strategy and plan. Once in the courtroom, one could tell Larry knew the workings of the process and the players in Fulton County who wanted prosecute me for my mistakes. While other lawyers in the court room were chatting with their colleagues, Larry was in the law library researching the nuances of case law supporting my defense strategy. This proved to be invaluable in consolidating 6 firearms charges to 1. At the conclusion of the trial I received two years’ probation with no jail time. This was the desired outcome and Larry delivered. Thank you Larry Kohn for a job well done!

Strong Defense in the Courtroom

Mr. Kohn defended my son in a case involving a felony and misdemeanor charges. Mr. Kohn was able to not only negotiate a favorable plea with the prosecutor, but he was also able convince the judge that it was an appropriate plea after she questioned it. Mr. Kohn's actions in the courtroom were impr...essive and kept the case from going sideways.

Diligent, responsive and knowledgeable with teen juvenile court case

Our teen got in a car accident and received 2 tickets. We called Larry on a Sunday to help us assess the situation. He returned our call immediately and we hired him before the end of the call. He knew exactly what we needed to do and formulated a pro-active plan for our teen to complete before a ...court date was assigned. This included Driving courses, community service and more. Our court outcome was best case scenario that wouldn't have been possible without Larry there to navigate and advise. He responds to emails/texts/phone calls quickly. He is knowledgeable, diligent, and considerate.

One of the best DUI lawyers in the State of GA

Hired Larry for my case and results were awesome! He's professional, straight forward, courteous, personal, and very knowledgeable when it comes to his business. We were victorious in getting pretty much everything we wanted/expected out of the court system. Always communicates on time and would high...ly recommend him. DUI 0.087 dropped to reckless driving and probation. Told me to take care of some stuff before court (DUI school, community service, MADD, eval, etc) which benefited me in the end. Had expired tags, 20+ mph speeding tickets at the same time .. negotiated a favorable plea.
