Honest and Straightforward

Larry’s confidence and knowledge gave me peace of mind from the beginning. During the consultation he was diligent in gathering information specific to my situation. He described the structure of the case that would likely be brought against me, what my options were, and the possible outcomes of goin...g to trial. He made sure I stayed completely informed at all times, and also displayed a willingness to fight for me every step of the way. While absolutely unafraid to go to trial, his prudent and insightful approach spared me unnecessary expenses. Mr. Kohn was able to provide a realistic perspective and keenly recommend the best course of action. His experience in the field was invaluable. The suspension of my license was withdrawn due to his firm presentation of facts during the ALS hearing. Likewise, his apt negotiations with the prosecutor at the motion hearing led to a reduced sentence being reached pre-trial. I could not have asked for a better outcome nor more acute legal representation.

Great you will not be disappointed

If you happen to get a DUI under any circumstances I highly recommend Larry Kohn. Great job professional and the best possible outcome I could hope for. Even the judge said how great of a job he did and always does......highly recommended

Best possible outcome from worst case scenario

Larry represented me in a recent DUI case. Like many people that go through this experience for the first time I was nervous and did not know exactly what i was getting myself into. Larry and his staff were helpful in explaining the situation. During the consultation he asked several questions a...nd really listened to my story with the intent of finding any details that we would need to ultimately win the case. His expertise led him to take a single sentence from my story that suggested that the officer in the case had not correctly followed protocol and may have violated my rights. He then successfully corroborated my story using audio and video evidence and built a solid argument. In the end his prediction regarding the outcome was correct and we were able to negotiate the case down to reckless driving. This was the best possible outcome that we could have gotten as all of the evidence against me was then suppressed in court. I am very pleased with his performance. If not for the fact that I have moved from the state of GA I am confident that he would have found a way to win the case outright at a trial. I can not emphasize how important it was for this case to go away and I sincerely thank Larry for his effort.

Larry is the man you want in your corner.

The short of it is.... He's the BEST. Larry received my info, advised me accordingly, and met me in court the next morning. He handled EVERYTHING. Cut through the red tape. Saved me $$$ by negotiating on my behalf and helped my record stay clean. He knows the process, limitations, and legal system so... well, that he just went.... and took care of it. The best lawyer in Atlanta - hands down. HIGHLY recommended. Direct to the point. Got business done. Headache over and walk away and move on with life - type situation. It would have been a nightmare without him, not to mention expensive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Above and beyond expectation!

"Alex, I have good news to share..." That was what Larry first said when I answered his phone the other day and I knew he got what I wanted. That was just a little over one month after I got arrested for a stupid mistake I made on that faithful afternoon. Yes, my case was dismissed and gone to divers...ion program, the best possible I can ask for. I found Larry on AVVO by the 5-star rating and over 130+ reviews under his name. I figured if so many people have good words for him, he must be doing something right. But one thing did worry us is his clients are mostly DUI related with only a few criminal defense cases. But after I contacted 4 different criminal defense lawyers, what Larry said hit with me the most. With me as an immigrant without a US citizenship, he was able to immediately identify the most important issues with my cases after I talked to him over the phone. And more importantly, the expected results and the way he said he would present my cases to the prosecutor is exactly what I wanted. Also, he charges very reasonable legal fee. For the results and the time it took to get the result, it is worth every penny of it. The rest is just played out as he said it would. I was informed every step of the ways and know exactly what I should do and should not do (don’t bother him too much, just let him do the works. :-). One thing that impressed me the most is his hard-working attitude and his ability to get to the point so fast, talk fast and even type fast. No nonsense. Straight business. Love it!!
